Although this KOA is listed as Charlotte/Fort Mill, it is close to 20 miles to downtown Charlotte. It does have fairly easy access off the freeway. I am glad I checked on their web site before assuming they had propane. It is out of order....More

Certainly not the best KOA without many trees or amenities but it is within walking distance of a Publix grocery store. Just half a mile from the interstate. Check-in is at a convenience store as it does not have a real office.

The campground is a half mile off of I-77 at exit 88, just across the SC state line from NC. About 12 miles from downtown Charlotte.
