We are under new ownership and management. The hotel has some exciting improvements that have been completed and are upcoming. We now have brand new beds in each guestroom along with brand new high def televisions along with an amazing channel line up that includes 12 HBO channels, 10 Showtime channels and sports channels. Late night check in due to inclement weather, with our Pupper. Check in staff couldn’t be more helpful! We were tired and stressed and they were more than accommodating and even though they didn’t have a pet friendly room available, they gave us a room anyway. Clean and quiet, exactly what we needed. Breakfast was more than sufficient. I highly recommend this hotel!

I think it is past time for an overall update at this Sleep Inn. It simply does not compare to what we have been accustomed to with Sleep Inn at other locations. Our room was not well cleaned. Carpet was not vacuumed, toilet paper roll holder was broken with parts sitting on the toilet tank, chair was worn and uncomfortable and the bed was a whole lot worse! Mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic at best and area was not maintained nor cleaned properly. Service was not good at the desk with checkout being extremely slow. I really like Choice Hotels and we have had great experience with Sleep Inns, but will pick somewhere else if stopping near Gaffney.

After driving for 11 hours anything that had a room and looked clean is good enough. Front desk lady very nice and helpful. Room clean BUT damn the traffic noise is loud on route 85 side. Bed very soft but price is right what more do you need? Plus review has to be 200 chapters so there you go and we couldn’t get tv on but didn’t bother anyone either

Stayed at the Sleep Inn in Gaffney, SC. Pretty good stay but I got very rude treatment from the second shift desk associate. I was telling her I had to leave at two am for business and I needed them to email my receipt to me. She said she would mention to the next person but she didn’t promise anything. I’ve stayed here before with no problems. If she didn’t want to work there just find another job. Kept looking at the computer screen . Didn’t even look at me . I spent 350 dollars there and that’s what I get. Never coming back. Too many other good hotels out there.

Had a very pleasant stay headed to Durham with a stop on Saturday, December 19th at the Sleep Inn in Gaffney. Molly met me at the door with cart. Loaded up the first of two loads. Checked me in. Helped me get the first load to my room. Went back to help get the second load. I parked the car while she took care of another guest. Really appreciate that Molly is young and oh so professional, pleasant and capable. Hope she enjoys the Bonefish gift card I gave her. The checkout on Sunday morning was not as good. Slow to get help with my bags.

The front desk service was amazing, and they made sure i had everything i needed to make my stay great! I forgot my toothbrush and was going to buy one and they gave me a travel brush and toothpaste! The grab and go breakfast was perfect for my picky eaters. Taylor was such a sweet lady to Talk to and the whole staff greeted me and my kids with a smile each and every time i walked into the door. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. I will be staying again whenever I come to the area.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was good rooms were clean. In walking distance to a mall movies and resturants. Great place to stay. I would reccomend this hotel to all of my business clients and co workers. Very nice hotel two thumbs up.

Stayed or 4 nights. Hotel staff and manager were great! Very accommodating with extra towels and blankets. Having breakfast available was a HUGE plus, and even my picky eaters were impressed. Clean rooms, soft beds, and quiet atmosphere. Perfect for our families needs.

Beware - these people charged me $250 because they said I smoked in my room. I DO NO SMOKE!!! How can you justify $250 just because someone said they smelled smoke!! No evidence just someone's word is all they say they need to add the extra charge. I've tried speaking with the Manager Amy, but she hasn't been much help and takes forever to call you back. Will never again stay at any of these motels again!! Contemplating taking them to small claims court!!
