Erica the manager is not a nice person to deal with when items were stolen out of your room. Please proceed with caution, you will be called “a horrible person” and hung up on. But you know, I am sure I don’t know what I am talking about when items that I know Ihad (toiletries, shoes and clothing) are gone. I must have been mistaken.

This is a newly opened holiday inn express in Gaffney South Carolina. Upon arrival there was an amazing staff greeting us to welcome My family to their hotel. The rooms are extremely large, clean and comfortable. They offer a hot breakfast each morning which my family and I greatly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into the Gaffney area.

New hotel, right off the interstate. We were just passing through, but this hotel had everything we needed. Clean, beds were comfy, staff was helpful, breakfast looked good. We walked down the street to the Mexican restaurant, which was great also!

I had the pleasure of staying here on the second night they were open! It's a brand new hotel so everything is great! There is a Hampton next door which I have had to stay at several times and I can say that this Holiday Inn Express is much better! Holiday Inn Express Gaffney beds are awesome! Probably the best nights sleep I have had in a hotel in a very long time. Full breakfast in the morning. Eggs, bacon, sausage, egg white omelets, cinnabun rolls, great coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and a few other items! Just an all around great breakfast for a limited service hotel. Staff were awesome! They were all new so they were going through training but you could tell they were loving what they do. Spoke with someone from the management company when I was checking in so the place is under professional management which to me is a huge plus. Location is right off of 85 and there were plenty of restaurants both sit down and fast food close by. All in all, a great stay! I can't wait to return in a few weeks.…
