This is the most hateful ,rude,disrespectful man I have EVER met .Running this business. I finally got checked in at 10pm .after a reservation. Soon as I opened the door there was a roach .I KILLED IT ON THE WALL .PROOF ! AFTER I SHOWERED I GOT OUT SAW 6 MORE BEFORE I GOT DRESSED..HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT DO ANYTHING UNTIL MORNING .! I ASK HIM FOR A REFUND .HE SAID NO !!!!IIM STILL TRING TO GET HIS NAME AND EMAIL ! ..that was $100 waisted ! Noone should be treated the way this man did me and my friend

The rooms are old and musky. And although I bought my own linen and clean the bathroom myself a roach still climbed in the bed with us and was on my husband's arm. Definitely will not ever be staying at another super 8 anywhere

The room smelled of smoke in a non smoking room. There were holes in the comforters, they look as if they were burn holes. The bathroom door look as if someone took a soda and threw it. There was what looked like black mold in the bathroom along with a layer of dirty on the bathroom ceiling. The walls were marked up. It should be condemned

One night getaway with someone special. Clean nicely maintained room with no nonsense staff. They were completely ok with a 15 minute. Late checkout. I would gladly recommend it to friends or colleagues. Another win for Wyndum.

This is the Nastiest Hotel I have ever stayed at! We were traveling with my brother so we got 2 rooms... When we got to the rooms we and checked the beds over Both of our rooms had mattress & Sheet stains and his room had poop in the toilet! We went and told the lady on duty, she apologized and gave us 2 more rooms, went with us to the 1st rooms to take pictures of the poop in toilet & the stains on beed. She went with us to the 2nd rooms to check them. We again checked over the beds & room, the sheets & pillow cases were all yellowed & she took pics of them but we decided after a long day of driving & being only one night we would stay since we were getting up early to get back on the road. When waking up my brother noticed a bedbug so he put it in a cup & covered up the top with some plastic. We took it into the front desk and told the man working we found a bed bug... He had no reaction at all, didn't even look in the cup. He did offer to credit back my brothers credit but said he couldn't for mine since it wasn't in my room after letting him know how we had to ask for a second room & how nasty I felt all not & not getting any sleep due to the nastiness & noise he did give me my credit also! My recommendation to anyone who looks online or pulls into this hotel to get a room is to click off or do a complete U-Turn and find another Hotel!!!…

Came into town for a business trip and decided to stay here. The rooms were clean and I had an overall wonderful visit. The lady at the front desk, Karen, is phenomenal! Not only is she pleasant & friendly she is Very knowledgeable about this facility and made my experience staying here the best that it could be! This lady deserves a raise!

Staff disinterested in my request. Asked for a double and received a queen. Room smelled old and dirty. Looked and felt like a flea bag pay by the hour room. Don't waste your time stopping here unless you want to chance bed bugs. Breakfast was a joke! Wyndham needs to monitor properties that have their name on them. This hotel is just gross.

I am disappointed to learn that you are not happy with your stay at my hotel. first of all, I did not understand that u did not get the room u requested then why stayed. Another is I am sure u inspect the room upon arrival and it seem that bad as u sound why u did not complain during ur stay to my staff. I have full confidence on my staff loyalty and dedication. I am sure if u would have brought to their attention the problem have been resolve by either changing room or given full refund. Thank you for your business and inputs.
