Stayed here with family for 5 days. Wonderfully updated suites and pool area. Breakfast was a bagged deal but with Covid19, it was nice. Suite had everything we needed to prepare meals except a skillet to make pancakes and bacon. We Will be back!

My Niece decided to have an engagement party at the last hour. Susana the General Manager was awesome. She always is. The event room is always clean, organized and on point. The front desk hotel family is always accommodating. Tania is an 11 on a scale of 1-10. :) In other words off the charts friendly. I can't thank Susana and her group enough. Call for your party bookings, you won't be disappointed. The room accommodations are great as well. After a long night the comfort was greatly appreciated.

Beware of the pet policy! $90. For 2 nights and $130. for 3 nights! Pet friendly….yes, pet cheap….nooooo! We had our small dog and we’re not told by the Palmetto Vacation Club that there was a charge. Our dog slept in our van to avoid the $90. One night charge. When we checked out they tried to charge us for the dog even though she never entered the room!! Not nice. BTW, the room was very nice and the grounds were clean and the breakfast was ok.

Perfect amenities …..we had everything we needed and the unit was clean and comfortable. The daily provided breakfast was adequate. Good location though not on the beach. I would definitely book this place again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is hard to beat. Our suite was clean and well furnished. Room lighting is adequate but it could use a few more receptacles for chargers and other electronic gizmos. Walls are on the thin side and we were woken up a couple of times with other guests loudly coming in late. The sliding barn door in the bathroom was not, ah, helpful at times. Breakfast was modest but more than adequate. We would stay here again.

Just wanted to express how impressed are entire party was!!! We booked very LAST min!! We actually just needed somewhere to stop and sleep for the night, as we were just passing through. We required 3 beds. However, finding 1 room with 3 Beds.... can certainly be challenging! If you are lucky enough to find such a rare gem!!! The rooms are usually quite cluttered and small. Outdated, and rundown, impossible to pull out the sofa sleeper bed. Old and dingy, a little smelly. But this room was NOT that at ALL!!! It was certainly beyond our expectations! This ROOM!!! This room had an entire kitchen with ALL utensils, pots and pans and whole dish set!! This property has a pool and a hot yub. Which we were warned... the pool is very cold! I had automatically assumed being outside it was going to be cold. It IS February!!! However, it was absolutely amazing! The hot tub was HOT!! And so relaxing!! I couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!! We will definitely be back!! The only thing I would have changed was the breakfast. Although the Panacake maker was absolutely fantastic! The other breakfast options could have Been better.…

Arrived only to find the jacuzzi was just a hot tub, pool not heated. Breakfast was disgusting. The only good thing was the coffee. The room was comfortable. Bathroom door did not stay closed. Very noisy hallway. Would not stay again

Good place to stay while visiting Hilton Head Island. We were here three nights and most of the attractions on the island are a short drive away. Also close enough to Beaufort for a day trip. The room was large and spacious, with a balcony that we used in the evenings. The hotel also had a good breakfast buffet with a large selection.

Husband booked a weekend getaway which I was skeptical at first because I was like where are we going & what type room he chose. Well he got the Loft California King and Sleeper Sofa Suite. The entire building(hallway & elevator)and room was fresh from cleaning and the location site was amazing. Room was painted with a fresh coat of white paint. Couldn’t find one flaw. The Loft California King and Sleeper Sofa Suite was what he booked. We went to the main building for continental breakfast that Saturday morning which the area was clean also. Will stay again. Which we was in building A on the third floor. Got our money worth because we arrived Friday evening & stayed in all day Saturday except to eat & walked right back to our room. A well deserved & relaxing weekend.
