Had a great 2 night stay! The staff members were all so nice! The lobby was very beautiful and I really enjoyed working from there. The patio furniture is really nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool last night and I loved the pool lounge chairs. The beds were comfortable. Every morning there was a massive coffee station with lots of creamer choices. For a standard hotel, this was a really great place. I enjoyed it very much!

The hospitality at this hotel was amazing!! Valarie, Tim and Damien were so kind and helpful! From helping us with parking, being gracious when my AMEX card was not happy because I used it in 3 states in 24hrs and then chatting with us in the lobby as we decompressed over a stressful drive. They made our stay fantastic! The rooms were clean and beds were comfy too.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the restaurant, all the food I tried was delicious! Valerie in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed getting to chat with her in the evenings.

I would give the hotel 4 stars; HOWEVER, the staff was AMAZING and super friendly!!! The check in process was quick and simple. Had a delicious dinner (salmon and chicken cobb salad). The waitress, Valerie, was a one woman show, and handled it PERFECTLY! Although we arrived late to the dinning area, she was extremely courteous and accommodating as was the cook! Great Service!

Check in was smooth. We will return because Sierra and Tim at the front desk made our stay awesome. We were well taken care of. Parking is easy to find and location is perfect. Lots of good eats around too

Front desk agent was extremely rude when I asked to speak to the manager and lied and said he was the manager. The service is as poor as it gets here! Bar woman over charged me and said she corrected the charge on my credit card and did not. VERY loud doors. Slamming continuously.. What a waste of time and money this 3 day trip was; cut it short one night and no refunds for me.

Have always loved the Garden Inn brand of Hilton. We were trying to find a clean place to stay near Hilton head island the day after hurricane Ian. ( no impact on hilton head). First of all you can't even see the hotel from the road. We drove by it 2x before asking someone. The grounds were totally overgrown. We pulled up and got a very lukewarm reception. It was more like a motel than a 2 hundred plus hotel. The elevator from the parking lot smelled like something had died in it. The bathroom was stained and looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Very loud old ac units. Would not recommend. I will rethink Hilton next time. They were always my go to.

Our first stay at Hilton Head. Really happy that we chose the Hilton Garden Inn. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Some routine maintenance was ongoing when we arrived. The staff made it a non-issue for us - providing assistance when an elevator was temporarily unavailable. Housekeeping is attentive but not intrusive. Everyone has been friendly, service oriented, professional and welcoming.
