Stayed in 3228 and it was okay. Not real clean, had to do some cleaning especially in the bathroom. The door could only be locked with a key. You had to lock it for it to stay closed. There was no grill which was disappointing. My furnace room in my garage is cleaner than the one that is in the...

We visited Hilton Head Island 4/22/2017 to 4/29/2017, we stayed at Seascape Villas, unit #ws3251. The condo was very nice and very clean when we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. Kitchen was stocked with all the needed cookware. the owners had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon and lots...

I have stayed at this location several times in the past and have never experienced a problem. It is only about a block and a half from the beach so the location is close to ideal. This year we did encounter problems. The entry way was half painted. It looked like they had started painted but then quit midway. When...

This was our first time at hhi. We rented privately from one of the condo owners and lived seascape villas. The price was reasonable and what you would pay for a hotel, maybe less. Note: we booked 5 months ahead because we were going in high tourist season. We have two little kids. We made sure we were close to...

After reading the review from March last year we went March this year 2016 and I was nervous. We got there and yeah it's not the greatest. But for the price it was good. Especially that we used it as an excess inventory week. I am kind of a clean freak. I was a little grossed out but nothing I...

TAN unit 3228 ground floor with three steps. Not a bad TAN unit. King bed was comfortable, furnishings were nice, clean and updated. Has a gas grill on a large deck. There were too many mosquitos to spend evenings on the deck. Two flat panel TVs and wireless internet. Short walk to beach across the street and down a walkway...

My husband and I are planning on moving to HHI and we go at least 1x per year and we decided to stay in the place we are looking to buy to get a feel for the location and how things are in the high season. We loved the size of the condominium and the access to the beach was...

If you stay in the back of the complex like we did. We rented a 3 bdrm. We were with another family of 4. The villa was nice and clean. The beds extremely comfortable. Quiet place, nice lagoon view. With 8 of us, there was not enough seating in the living room without 2 people having to sit at the...

Lots of natural beauty abounds! The place is a bit older, but I say it has character. Not everything needs to be ripped down and repopulated every 5 years. I like the architecture and the feel of the property. Lots of trees, lagoons and wildlife abound. We stayed in unit 3239 (3 bedroom 2 bath). We were quite pleased. The...

This is our first Plan with Tan Vacation. We rented 3217. The complex is old. Exterior looks nothing like TAN picture. Inside is somewhat updated. Living room/Dining Room is nice, but floors were filthy! We had to go to store to buy swiffer to mop floors to make clean enough for our children. Kitchen is way outdated and super small....
