We checked in after 7pm on a Friday, greeted and announced we have arrive, offered valet parking, but did not take as it wasn't crowded. Greeted by name at the desk, Everyone was so friendly, Our kids had made the arrangements, as it was our 40th anniversary. The room had a great view and was lovely as well as large. We had dinner at Quartedeck and it was delicious! Fresh oysters, she-crab soup, grouper, shrimp & grits to die for. Dessert was an amazing chocolate layer cake. After sleeping in a nice quiet room, check out and then a wonderful breakfast at Links. I can't say enough about the service, top notch! Everyone made us feel welcome and were so helpful. I hope we can return soon.
My family and I just returned from an absolutely amazing vacation and stay at the beautiful Inn & Club at Harbourtown. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Joe, the wonderful bellman and concierge specialist that made time to speak with us each day and ask how our stay was going and if there was anything he could do for us. Then we checked in with reception / guest services where we met Nathan, Julie and Sarah. They were all welcoming and even presented each of us with a glass of champagne. That was the perfect way to kickoff the start of our vacation. Later that evening we met up with Fran, the amazing bartender, pool attendant and so much more. We have known Fran since our first trip and this was our fourth. She was just the same as we remembered her: funny, friendly, pleasant and ever accommodating. The next morning our housekeeper, Shaneka came and cleaned our room and took special care of our daughter and her requests for extra chocolate at turn down service as well as a hand-written note with daily weather forecasts for the next day and more. Special shout out to Grady and Joe as they helped my mom and dad ( a bit older in age) enter and exit the sprinted that took us to the beach every day / on time. Once arriving at the beach we were greeted by Danielle and Nathan who had our lounge chairs reserved with an umbrella and towels laid out for us. Our room was very clean, air conditioning was wonderful - no issues. My husband and father played golf and received such care and course information from Bobby . We were so happy we met him as he is an asset to the golf club. It was nice to see both resort managers were on duty and assisting their staff wherever needed. Kuddos to Sarah and Julie as they have done an amazing job mentoring their personnel to ensure all guests are welcomed and taken care of. We cant wait to head back next year.…
I just left the inn at harbourtown. I was there with 11 friends on a golf trip. The hotel, staff, golf courses qnd restaurants were all wonderful. The links restaurant was exceptionally good. The service we received there was absolutely exemplary. Julia Boyd served us dinner in a private dining room and was extremely competent, personable and professional. Their manager, Mark Bowman could not have been more caring or accommodating. Every request we made was immediately granted and he suggested things that truly enhanced our time there. Ketrina Clarke and Clynise Cunningham served us breakfast every day and could not have been better. These ladies know how to take care of 12 hungry men and were very timely with coffee service, when we needed it most. The other restaurants on property were varied and great too. This is a special place. The only downer was that they purposely overseeded the golf courses as regularly scheduled maintenance. They did not tell us about that when we booked the trip or before we arrived. That demeaned our golf experience for the 4 rounds that we played. That being said, the rest of our experience was very solid.…
Lunch at club house. Great sandwich, but very expensive.$100 for 4 with only sodas to drink. Service good. Ate outside so all views are tranquil. Food was good. Also bought 4 coffees to go at $8 a cup. Sum up as great ambiance, good food, good service, poor value.
Tried to book 2018 and then 2020 and 2021, but finally got here in 2022. Jared was great. We got in the room early, great view over the first and ninth holes. Very comfortable room, Joe was a great help on day two with the shuttle. We loved the marina, weather was great. Loved it.
Sea Pines is very impressive with its natural beauty and quality of the many amenities. Enjoyed using the complimentary basic bikes on the extensive network of paths. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved that the housekeeping is scheduled during a time window to make planning easier. Room was comfortable but could use a refresh (especially carpet and bath tiling) for the price point. Disappointed with the Sea Pines Beach Club as the website indicates seasonal food and beverage service but that was not in effect during our stay in August. On one of the days, there was no attendant so we had to return to the Inn to get towels. In addition, the chairs are set up far back on the beach so there are no unobstructed views of the ocean. Also, swimming was restricted due to jellyfish (obviously nobody’s fault but beware). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.…
Everything is beautiful here except the attitude of the waitress/hostess Tracy Ann. While I get the hospitality business can be rough, At least fake the niceness to the guests for what we pay. We were more than disappointed with the attitude. We don’t get treated like this at Kiawah….
This hotel is amazing! From the moment we walked up until we checked out, it was top notch. The staff was attentive, the decor was just what you would expect in the South, and the room was spacious. Plenty of areas to sit outside or inside, so no reason to stay in your room here. We enjoyed watching the golfers tee off, we enjoyed our walks, the Beach Club, the Links at the Club House. All of it down to the chocolate in your room at night. Sarah was especially attentive in check-in and throughout the stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
Loved it from check in to check out! Started well with a glass of champagne at checkin! Lol Had 2 rooms on the second floor that looked out on the front. Actually the parking area but looking out in the trees was pretty. Room was beautiful with complementary waters and turn down each night. Pool was small but just perfect. Looked onto the golf course which is beautiful! Continental breakfast with coffee and tea in the lobby. There’s a small bar that services the lobby and the pool. Easy to get bikes to ride to Harbortown and the beach. Lots of bike paths! Highly recommend the hotel. Felt luxurious and only 60 rooms made it personalized. Easy walk to breakfast at the Links. Great breakfast!
Stayed at The Inn and Club for 4 nights as part of a golfing trip. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and excellent beds. Staff were most helpful and obliging affording us a warm welcome and every assistance during our stay. The pool and jacuzzi area is very comfortable and well laid out. Lobby and bar area is spacious and relaxing with comfortable seating. The Links restaurant is good albeit service can be a tad slow. Free bikes for touring the Sea Pines resort. Looking forward to returning.
