Yes. The condo was waterfront and we couldn't use the balcony as it was blocked off. The hallway rails were loose and dangerous; luckily we didn't have children with us. And, it was noisy and messy. We changed our week twice and were told the construction would be completed when we arrived on May 1st; it wasn't and we were not informed before we made the six hour trip. We left after three days because it was not enjoyable.
