Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and helpful with suggestions. Wide variety of items for breakfast ,but not really Covid conscience as nothing was individually wrapped. Housekeeping left plenty of towels and anything extra was provided by the front desk .We had a problem with the door going out to the balcony ,but it was fixed promptly. There is an indoor parking garage attached to the hotel. Plenty of lounge chairs and pools. WE enjoyed our stay.

Hotel's Favourite
We had a very relaxing week at the beach here. The front desk and breakfast staff is seasoned (meaning they know what they're doing). Even the person filling up the towel racks for the pool area was amazing! I was so impressed! Pros: Nice pool, lazy river, and outdoor areas. They have hot tubs, too, but I cannot rate them because we didn't use them. Right on the ocean! Clean rooms, even though the rooms are a little dated. Three elevators, which made getting around faster and safer (with COVID guidelines). Parking deck in the same building as the resort. Cleaning attendants were very friendly and helpful. Ice machines and laundry areas available. The breakfast staff was the best I've ever had at any Hilton! They were respectful, helpful, and made sure that the food was replenished often...even with all the people being served. Cons: I'm not even sure this really counts, but it is the only thing I could think of that might be improved...the breakfast area is quite small and get can very crowded. However, they do have two breakfast areas...one for the North Tower and one of the South Tower! I was not welcomed as a Hilton Honors member or as a Diamond member, unfortunately. I know that is just a small things, but the little things (and consistency) really matters to me. Have fun at this resort my fellow travelers. I will be back soon! Maybe we'll vacation together there soon. :D

The hot breakfast is back but daily housekeeping is not. They did have lots of towels in the room and it was clean and comfortable. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever found in a hotel. You have to request housekeeping if you want it. The rooms and hallways are starting to show some wear. The pool area was not as clean as other years and the pools are never cleaned when they open at 9:00 am. The boardwalk across the sand dunes is in desperate need of repair. They have nice pool towels but run out quickly. All employees were friendly but a lot did not wear masks. Also, I did not see any cleaning of tables, etc while we were eating breakfast. We still love this hotel, but hope they do some updating soon.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms are noisy. Connects to garage, people come and go all night. Slamming door...

2021-Sept, We picked up our luggage around 9:45 pm and we got picked up by the hotel's shuttle around 10 pm. 10 minutes later, we arrived at the hotel. Only 2 people in line before me. Check-in was quick and front desk was super nice. Room 1024. The room size was a typical hotel room size. Clean. The best part was, it's ocean side, and with a balcony. Bathroom toiletries, 4 towel sets, blow dryer, full length mirror. Countertop was a little small, but it was ok. No place to hang my loofah. And not much space to put the shampoo, conditioner, and our body wash bottle. One flat screen, single-cup coffee maker, ironing board, mini-fridge, drawers, desk with 2 chairs, 1 night stand with power cube (2 electrical plugs and 2 usb plugs). TV remote was not great- had to press buttons so many times in different location to access the TV. HDMI was not connected to the cable box, we had to do it on our own. There were lots of channels and they have a few HBO channels. The beds were comfy, each has 4 pillows. During our first night, the next door occupants had loud music then loud (sounded like arguing) conversation @ 1:30 in the morning. I had to call front desk twice. They seemed to turn down their music and their conversation down after my 2nd call to the front desk. 2 rocking chairs and a small side table was in the balcony. 1st day breakfast: They are back with their typical hot breakfast. Eggs, sausages, waffle makers, bread, bagels, muffin, strudel, fruits, cereal, juices, coffee, hot chocolate packets, tea, oatmeal. 2nd day breakfast was the same but with omelet and a different kind of sausage. 3rd day, sausage patty and omelet with cheese inside. They have 7 decent size pools with different depths and 2 hot tubs. 3 if the pools were under a roof and the rest were outside. None of the pools seems heated. The pools under the sun seemed to be less colder than the ones under the roof. See photos. Pool towels were provided in the pool area. 4 hammocks and a little playground for the kids was provided. There's a bar at the pool area that provides snacks, hotdogs, drinks. Beach access was beside the pool area. It was very convenient. The sand is not powdery but it was great. Some sea shells. Waves are nice. There was a life guard on duty. The sea water was bearable cold- it just takes getting used to. I was told during check-in that they have started cleaning the rooms so if I don't want my room cleaned, to just put the 'Do not disturb' sign. But our room was never cleaned. When we called front desk, they said we had to schedule the room cleaning through them. Since it was our last night, i just asked for clean towels and trash bags. The hotel has a shuttle within 5-mile radius. They drop you off and will pick you up. The longest time we wait for pick-up was about 20 minutes. They also will pick-up from and to the airport. All the staff are super nice. Hope this review helped 👍🏼 and have a great vacation!

Very unique Hampton hotel - beautifully decorated in a beach decor. Parking garage is conveniently attached to the lobby making it very accessible to your car. Everyone working there is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is quite good - cookies served in the evening. It is a clean quiet hotel.
