hey Kellys, not sure about room lay out. our room faced the beach side. You walk into the little kitchen regular fridge, microwave and stocked with plates cups silver ware. On the left was bathroom. then the beds, we had 2 queen size beds. It's a nice place a bit aged but the staff is top notch! We will be going back there in the fall. Great walking "board walk".
