We come to the Presidential Villas every March. The condo is very clean, and has everything in the full size kitchen to cook your own meals if you like. We had a 2 bedroom. Master bedroom had a king size bed, and 2nd bedroom had 2 queen size beds. Beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom had a nice jacuzzi tub,...

The people were so friendly and everyone was so helpful. If we needed anything they did everything possible to help. The day trip to the winery was great well planned and very enjoyable. The prime rib dinner was very very good. The buffet breakfast is great.

Nice resort that is close to the beach but you need a car. Pool is large but is a little cod in January but still I swam in it! Nice outdoor hot tub. Units had nice beds and nice units (we had a 2 bedroom for 2 people).

Very old and no turn down. No coffe pot, no fresh towels? The bed was decent. Ensure that your guests know of anything other than the norm for hotels and locations around your location. Breakfast cost free is a norm with most hotels?

This was a very nice condo I stayed in. I arrived late and front desk was closed but the security guard let me into my room and even brought extra blankets. The one negative however is that they make you pay a $43.00 dollar maid service fee but the maid service does not come into the room until you check...

This is a pretty nice resort! We stayed off-season in a two bedroom condo in the Presidential section, number 238, c1. Very roomy. Good internet. Patio chairs in the back, but no private patio. The walls were thinner than we were accustomed to, but after the family above us checked out it was very quiet. Shuttles are offered frequently to...

We love this resort with only a couple of small things that affected our vacation. The outdoor pool was solar heated, so without much sunshine the temp was down into the 60's so we weren't able to make use of it. The indoor pool was available though. I appreciated that there was no extra resort charge levied.

We enjoyed a family vacation in a two bedroom condo. The location served us well and was quiet being far back from 17, but also close to everything. The unit was clean, comfortable for 4 adults and 3 young children. Bedding was good, comfortable and clean. The indoor pool was heated perfectly and we enjoyed the outdoor pool on a...

This was a 3 bedroom (lock out) condo. Very nice place, work out room on premises and in door and outdoor pools. Furniture and furnishings in really good shape and comfortable. One of the bedrooms the bed wasn't too comfortable, but everything else was good. They did bring clean towels in the middle of our week, which some in the past...

We used an RCI exchange vacation. The two bedroom was up to date and in good condition. It is far enough off of 17 that it was a quiet environment. The amenities were basic, but definitely serviceable. It is south of myrtle beach, so if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle then this proves...
