Unfortunately, this hotel was literally the last room available in town as a major storm had hit and everyone scrambled to get off the road and find a place to stay. First impression of the room was a cross between the 1950's and The Twilight Zone. We were dismayed by the filth of the room. The carpet looked as if...

Very reasonable rate for a good night's sleep. Not fancy, but comfortable and clean. Refrigerator in the room. Coffee available in the office in the morning. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Able to park right outside the room. Office staff was courteous and helpful.

We didn't expect much from this budget motel, but it did surprise us. Although the furnishings were old and worn out, the place was kept VERY CLEAN, and the service we received was professional and very good. We were happy with our brief stay at the Bel Air Motel.

We arrived in Chamberlain without reservations so I would have to say we were thankful for a bed. That being said, if you have an option, don't stay here. It is dirty, terrible beds and totally run down. The office staff was fine but other than that.... Yuck!

I only stayed here because I was too cheap to pay $150 for a room. This place needs a lot of work. Thankfully the place seemed clean enough. the curtains did have small holes. You can see the outside at the edge of the door. I would hate to heat this place in the winter

Had to find room on short notice so ended up here. Traveling with elderly parent otherwise would have honestly preferred sleeping in my car. One of the two beds had a broken frame so bed was tilted and made loud clanking noise if I moved. Called the desk and the best the man could do was say he'd report it....

I stay here every other week. I recommend Bel Aire Motel for everyone. The location is great, convenient walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The price is great, the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. The a/c works awesome during the summer, and the heat is perfect in the winter. I'm always look forward to a good nights rest...

I have stayed there with my friends during fishing in May for the last 10 years and last August with my wife, daughter and grandson, I have always been treated well by the Motel Staff. The room has always been clean, bathrooms also clean and well stocked with towels and soaps, they put clean bedding on every day and cleaned...

“If your looking for a Motel for a fair price I would say the Belair is great. I prefer the lower level rooms and we have had the same room now for 10 years. Walking distance to Subway, Mcdonalds and the downtown area. Staff is friendly.”
