Stopped here to check it out and get a bite to eat. Burgers were very good. Played for a small amount of time and won a few bucks. Players club was closed so couldn't get a players card. They have a smoking lounge.
Hickok's had a wonderful 1800's feel with a great location in downtown Deadwood. The bed was comfortable and the hot shower and huge bathroom were great as well. We had all the modern conveniences (except no exhaust fan in the bathroom) which included a refrigerator,...More

Thank you for your nice review, and for being our guest. Our hotel was constructed in 1898, and renovated about ten years ago. During the restoration, we maintained the important Victorian features unique to our history....the large windows, high ceilings, original woodwork, etc. But we...More

What a lovely hotel! Beautiful room, nicely furnished, cheerful staff. Close to everything Deadwood has to offer. We particularly liked the old staircase, although there’s an elevator as well. We will certainly stay here again in the future.More

Check in was very easy. We then got to our room and just what we expected, except the bathroom. It was huge and cold. They could definitely work on getting some more heat to them. It had a bathtub with a shower in it, and...More

Sorry, I haven't seen their large suite, but I have stayed in a junior suite and it was very nice. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, closet, and sink, the other with a king bed a couple of overstuffed chairs, closet, a bureau which, in addition to regular drawers, contained a refrigerator and microwave, and a gas fireplace. The bathroom was as large as some hotel rooms I have stayed in, with wonderful soft, thirsty towels. This will definitely be my choice on future trips.
