Room 209....very clean and comfortable. Checking in was very quick without a reservation. Front desk clerk was very accommodating...nothing like being greeted with a smile! Gaming was great....not that I won any big sum, but enjoyed the fact it was a good give and take experience. Machines were fun!

The entire hotel and casino could use an update. That being said, the rooms were OK, no microwave or fridge. Staff was very accomodating, especially Security in the casino when my daughter accidentally left her purse at a machine. They spotted it and returned it in quick order.

This was a quick stay on my way home from a concert in Sioux Falls. The room was okay, quiet, standard. When you walk into the lobby it has a weird smell from covering up the smoke that lingers from the casino, but there wasn't that smell in the room. There isn't anything fancy about this place, but it is...

I can't downgrade a property that is what it is and not necessarily what I like. It is quite inexpensive and attached to a casino. The property is clean, beds are quite acceptable, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is does not have many amenities and smoke from the casino comes through even though there are smoke-free rooms. If...

This place is outstanding. If your looking to go to SDSU, Brookings or Sioux Falls this is he place to be. It is way cheaper and better than their sites. The buffet is great and you can do some low key gambling plus they give you free credit. The site hosts mostly elderly people so it is way quiet by...

We stayed here 2 days on a recent trip. the Casino seemed quite large but rather smoky. We had adequate rooms both nights, not consecutive but on the second stay there we had NO hot water for our Shower and the room was a bit dirty... especially the Carpet. We have to say that the people were very nice, and...

Our room was very nice, with a big, comfortable bed. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, but the concierge heated my wife's corn bag in the staff break room at the front desk. The room was spacious & bathroom was a good size, with a large mirror. There is no complementary breakfast - food is available by...

We have stayed here 3 times since 2012 as the rooms are clean and the price is right. We usually get the play and stay package which is 30 dollars of food coupons, and 20 dollars of free play of 99.00. I think you can book a room for 50.00 bucks and the rooms are always clean and they have...

On vacation and stayed over on the "stay & play" package. Clean room, Friendly desk clerk and the waitress in the dining area was absolutely hospitable!! All of this made us overlook the paper thin walls where you wake up hearing "Everything" at 5am and a headboard loudly hitting your wall.

On a bus tour. Have to unload at the casino, and are herded in like cattle check in at Players Club, and back on the bus to drive around the building to hotel. Unload and get room. Room is clean but somewhat outdated. CAN NOT make any type of calling card call from the Hotel. Customer service is lacking in...
