We are planning a trip to SD and want to take in Mt Rushmore, Badlands and then head over to Glacier. We think about 3-4 days in these area's. What are some of the must see in the area before we can say how many nights we could stay with you, one for sure

Mount Rushmore is a must. Custer State Park and its buffalo herd is fantastic. We also went to Bear Country (just outside of Rapid City) summer 2014. It was great! We were afraid it would be tacky and a waste, but it was really good. A friend recommends Reptile Gardens, but I haven't been there for years.
Check with Mary and Doug at Trails End Cabins for directions, coupons, restaurant recommendations, and other details. They're great!
