My wife & I stayed in the Bears Den cabin which was the absolute perfect size for 2 people. The couple that own the Inn were very welcoming and were happy to answer questions we had. Their little ones were very friendly as well! The forest right behind the cabins was great for small hikes. The noise from traffic passing...

We stayed in the Fishing Hole room. Charming and clean.. just what we were looking for on our bike trip. We were able to park our bike right outside our door..Owners were super nice and the location was perfect.

This is not your typical hotel. Privately owned by Vivian and Calvin, they handle all the details for this small motel and cabin rental: reservations, check-in, upkeep, interior decorating, cleaning. Each room is uniquely decorated and has its own charm. We stayed in two of the motel rooms (#3 Fishing Hole and #4 Duck Pond) and the #7 cabin (Deer...

We have stayed here three years in a row now, and will be staying at the Restmore again this year. It's just two miles from Hill City, where there are several restaurants, shopping, and the 1880s train ride. Horseback rides are also close, as well as Mt. Rushmore, Iron Mountain Road, Caves, and many other attractions. Positioned right off the...

My family of four and my mother in law stayed here in June 2016 in the Deer cabin. It is located directly on a major hwy. I was a bit concerned about this, but it proved to be not too noisy. The bedrooms are in back and away from the street. The full sized kitchen was really nice. The main...

A great small cozy motel just outside Hill City, SD. Most rooms have a well stocked small kitchen. Plenty of plates, glasses and cooking pots and pans. 5 minutes from Hill City, SD. Close to an outstanding bike trail. A good base for exploring the area and Mt. Rushmore. Will stay again when in the area.

Restmore Inn is a small group of cabins and motel rooms a short hop to Mt. Rushmore. We stayed in Moose Haven cabin which was very private and well equipped. Just a great experience and very relaxing place to stay. Close to everything. Calvin and Vivian are terrific hosts and went out of their way to make our stay an...

We stayed here for the whole week because it was so friendly and cute! The owners, Calvin and Vivian, are awesome. They put so much love and attention into this place, you see small details everywhere you go. Theme rooms can sometimes be over the top or silly...not here! The rooms and cabins are so nicely done. The pine beetle...

Our family of 5 stayed in the Moose Haven cabin during a road trip to the Black Hills. It was a central location to all the sights and very convenient. As we drove there, I was a bit worried that the location may have too much traffic noise but it was actually very quiet and peaceful at our cabin. Our...

Rest More Inn was a great find, it is in a great location for us to base our bike trips around the area from as it is kind of central to some of the best routes. Our hosts were super great and we enjoyed getting to meet them and enjoyed some good conversation and laughter with them. The treatment we...
