Nice stay at the Courtyard. Very convenient to great food, the aquarium, and public transportstion. There was a clean and modern workout room.u and great little coffee bar downstairs on the 1st floor. Friendly folks. I had a room with a balcony so being able to see the river from my room was pretty nice.

We stayed here for Spring break. Check in was easy, Hannah was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Parking is in the parking garage next to the hotel, and right by the free shuttle stop (use this service, it's great!). Our room was ready for an early check in (3:00) and it was nicely updated, quiet and clean. Easy walking distance...

For a hotel that is fully 16 years old, I was pretty impressed by this Courtyard property — especially since Marriott's own web site says that the last room renovations were in 2007. Surely that's wrong... The common areas and the rooms look relatively fresh, and I wouldn't have guessed its age except for two factors: 1. The furniture in...

All I can say is get a large corner room with balcony if you can. This Hotel is walking distance to everything. What you can't walk to, the city free shuttle is right next door. Won't stay anywhere else. Loved it! This is our third stay.

Friendly staff, comfy room, VERY convenient for all downtown attractions and eats. You can catch a free shuttle to anywhere in town from just a few steps from the front door...the only negative is that most hotels of this type and price point have a free breakfast. This one did not. There are many places nearby to grab something though....

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad to see that you enjoyed your time in the scenic city. I am sorry to see that you are not a fan of Courtyard's Bistro concept. We have gone away from the complimentary buffet in favor of the made fresh to order concept that is the Bistro. Thank you again for...

Checked-in before noontime: no problems. Checked-out at 4AM with cab waiting: no problems. Staff was super-friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect. Cross sidewalk for Aquarium or IMAX venue. Within 5 minutes of ½ dozen dining options. 10 minutes to Walnut Bridge. 10 minutes to Hunter. 20 minutes to Northside. Electric tram station was in same building, same for wall-climbing outfit....

We stayed here one night for a little family getaway and booked a 2 Queen Suite with a balcony and river view. When we originally got to the hotel at 2:30 p.m., we were told the only suite they had was on the second floor but if we waited they could probably get us on a higher floor. Worked out...

The parking garage is not directly attached to the hotel but really not a big deal as it is right next door. Upon arriving, the staff were super friendly. The room was very clean and had a GREAT view of downtown Chatanooga (we were on the 6th floor) with a balcony. We were here visiting downtown as well as the...

Thank you for staying with us during your recent visit to Chattanooga. I am sorry that you did not get a good nights rest. My husband and I spent the night in Chattanooga, to celebrate Valentine's Day Weekend. So glad we choose the Marriott Courtyard. Perfect location for walking to so many attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful Bluff Arts District. And the staff could not have been more accommodating, friendly and professional .

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Walking distance to everything in downtown Chattanooga. It is right across the street from the aquarium. Thank you for staying with us while visiting Chattanooga recently. I am so sorry to read that you had a cold shower. That does not typically fall under the category of Southern Hospitality. This must have been related to an issue with this particular shower as we have not had any issues with the water heating equipment in quite some...
