Interesting experience at the Read House.
The positives: insanely low price, convenient location, reasonable valet charge, very friendly check-in and somewhat clean.
I do not really have any negatives, but there are a couple of strange incidents/elements worth mention.

The room was very nice with a huge garden tub. The hotel as a whole is magnificent! Taylor Davis was great and really helped out with all the help getting to our room and advice on the surrounding area. Would definitely come back!
My partner and I took a long weekend (without children!!!) to visit Chatanooga for the first time. The staff and accommodations were absolutely wonderful! We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this amazing historical hotel, and will definitely be back! Kudos...More
Beautiful historic hotel. Nice central safe location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Indoor pool a plus! Starbucks on location *****. Friendly staff, great rates, would definitely recommend and would love to go back!
