The lobby of the hotel is very nice, however I can't say the same about the room. Carpet is dirty and dated. The outlets are so worn out, a plug won't stay in. The 2 nights we were there we needed heat, but the unit had no knob and it was either bake or off. I had to keep getting...

This is a large but older facility. They have plenty of rooms with a large main facility with a indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub. The rooms are clean & the service was great but it is an older place that has been renovated several times over the years. They do offer a very good buffet style breakfast which is included...

I arrived ready to check in and the desk clerk said due to a "former manager" that check in time would have to be 4:30pm ! She had allowed a football team to stay extra long and housekeeping was trying as hard as they could to clean rooms. Overall, a typical Clarion and there wasn't anything really wrong with it...

This was the best value we could find on short notice in that area. It was a basic accommodation that met our need. The carpet was ragged and the door looked like it was being prepped for painting, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast had potential to be better than most, but it looked...

It wasn't to my standards. For what we paid I couldn't really expect anything more. It's an old hotel and needs and update and deep cleaning. The amenities are great though. The pool was wonderful for my son and clean. The staff was friendly. However, they seem a bit unorganized and understaffed. The bed was horribly uncomfortable!!! My Husband and...

We normally like to stay in Hampton Inns, but as luck would have it, this was the last hotel in town with rooms even close to reasonably priced. We were given a rate of $78 and the only other hotel with rooms was $167. (That's not the norm here--a hotly contested college football game was driving the rates). This was...

This was a great place to stay for the price. They had large, clean rooms. We stayed in the executive wing. The Easter KY football team was in the same hotel and it was still very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great, typical continental breakfast items plus a fresh fruit bar and hot items as well. The service was super....

Older hotel in need of some care. With that in mind it was still clean and comfortable. Large rooms and good beds. Nice place for children with indoor pool and rec dome. Attached bar was a smoking facility so it is your choice. Ok for the money. Close to eating and shopping.

The Great: Nice hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Excellent location. "Jonathan" was very friendly and courteous and did his best to help me try to understand why I had been double charged for my stay, as I was visibly upset. This has never, ever, ever happened at any other hotel I've visited. The Awful: Paying for your room...

Needs some serious work. Tried to check-in one hour early. Front desk wanted $10 to do so. Returned at three to check-in and was assigned a room. See photos below. Door was open and a bottle of iced coffee was on the night stand. Room was disgusting and smelled of smoke (I had requested non smoking). Everything in this place...
