My family visited the park last weekend and couldn't be happier. It's the cleanest, well kept state park I've been to. The grounds were well manicured. The bath house was super clean. There were tons of activities within the campground. The RV sites are a tad closer than I prefer, but other than that, it was wonderful. This is definitely...

My family has been coming here every 2 years since 1981, trust me if it was as bad as some are saying we wouldn't keep coming back. Yes there are upgrades that need to happen, yes the park is working on it. Every time we have had any issue it has been handled promptly and professionally. If you don't like...

We had three cabins between our family's. Mine got infested with ants and we had all food in containers, a mouse jumped out of a couch in another onto my pregnant niece. They are all old and need updating BAD. The third cabin we thought the roof was going to cave in. We stayed 10 year ago and it doesn't...

There is no doubt that this is the nicest state park we have ever visited. The setting is beautiful and just about every amenity possible in a state park is here. There's a gorgeous campground for RVs and cabins. Plus, there's a beautiful river where you can rent boats and kayaks. If that isn't enough stop by the huge swimming...

The next day I called...

We have stayed at Cumberland Mountain State Park twice...we love it! The campsites are roomy - we like section one for the tree coverage. The restaurant is a treat - Friday night is fish fry night. Delicious! Great bike riding - awesome pool - friendly, cozy atmosphere! A wonderful little gem in Crossville!

We stayed in the large cabin which sleeps sixteen. Sleeps eight in top room and eight more in the bottom room. Cabin is essentially and split level house. The opening hallway is where both full bathrooms are located. You then go up to top bedroom or down to bottom bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The living room has a fireplace,...

Great campground for tents or rv. Lots of sites with full hookups. Bathhouses are always clean. Swimming pool was already closed for the season but looked nice. Only complaint is they do not have laundromat at the park. We had to drive about five miles out to wash since we camped two weeks. Great place to take the family and...

We stayed at the park for the 2nd year using the Mill House. Please know the rain pours in the doors and the place is like a damp dungeon. I sure wish the person answering the phone would have shared this by asking if we had seen it or stayed there before. Fine for some but not with mold and...

“The cabin that sleeps 16 is separated from all the other cabins. The smaller cabins are mixed into the regular campground, which would be good for putting kids in tents and older adults who need beds in the cabins.”
