We have been at this hotel before & we'll be back. You couldn't ask for a better GM than David or AGM than Angie. They both do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. All the rooms have a full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, full size fridge. The breakfast has all the usuals + apples, bananas, fresh cut fruit,... More

We stopped at this hotel on our way back from Florida. My husband did Priceline and got a bit of a deal. I'd seen reviews of this hotel and some were less than favourable - mentioning things like an odour in the rooms - so I was a bit concerned but that proved to be unfounded. Our room was at... More

We have stayed at Residence Inns across the country and have had many enjoyable stays. This one was a disappointment. Pros: 1) Staff - friendly, polite, resolved issues quickly 2) Location - cannot beat the area - close to stores/restaurants and highways Cons: 1) Dirty - Let's start with walking in the side entrance to get to room. Windows inside/out... More

Thank you for taking your time to give us your feedback. I apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations. We are at the threshold of a full renovation of the hotel, which will replace all carpet, furniture, beds, tubs... and, much more! We have been and continue to be a very popular hotel, running 90%+ annual occupancy.... More

We stayed here for one night. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I both slept very well. It seems to be an older property, but again, very clean. I'm very picky and was very pleased.

The hotel is in a complex of Marriott properties, just off the expressway. I requested a room away from the highway to avoid the noise, but it looks like they don't have any - they are all perpendicular to the road. So it was noisy. The breakfast was marginal, with the sausage being particularly bland and tough. It was soaking... More

Thank you for taking your time to provide feedback for our hotel. We do get some concerns voiced over the interstate noise, as do the other 20 or so hotels along this strip of highway. The trade-off is the convenience of getting anywhere in Knoxville easily and we make a great stopover point for those traveling north and south. About... More

The clean room is great with two tvs and spacious but getting to the room the smell is bad. I have stayed at other Residence Inns and looking forward to the breakfast. This breakfast was bad with the fake eggs, not too much to offer. Like this location with all of the food choices along the area. Hotel needs some... More

Thank you for taking your time to share your experiences. I apologize for any odor you may have encountered while traveling to your room. I have not uncovered any lingering issue, so am not sure what it may have been. Definitely not the usual for our hotel. I must say I am confused regarding breakfast. ALL Residence Inns are required... More

My family and I stayed here when we evacuated South Carolina due to a hurricane. The hotel is in a good location with lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. There was ample parking and a sport court on site. The laundry room was convenient. The gym was a disappointment, it only had two treadmills one elliptical... More

Thank you for taking your time to share your observations. As I noted in my response to your feedback through the Marriott survey system, the issues with housekeeping have been addressed and the appropriate individual has undergone some additional training. We strive to offer a great experience and this was not acceptable by our standards. I hope you'll give us... More

Still a nice property but does not have the sparkle or sound insulation of a newer property. Our room faced the I40 expressway. Definitely could hear all the traffic. Carpeting at the bathroom entry was frayed and undone. No grab handle in the shower. Just some minor things. On the plus side was the bathroom had a fan. Large suite... More

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. Good news! The "luster" will be back soon. We are at the end of our renovation cycle and due to start in a few short months. Thanks for the positives on the room and breakfast. I appreciate it! David, GM More

First a couple of positives, the hotel is Pet-Friendly, check-in was very easy (used the Marriott App), the location is good and the breakfast was a nice selection. BUT... Our room was the absolute worst smelling room I have ever stayed in, EVER! And that is saying a lot since I have probably 400 hotel nights in the past 10... More

Please accept my apologies for your less than stellar stay. I believe I have uncovered the culprit for the odor in your room. A short distance from the rooms on that end of our hotel is the dumpster for another of our hotels. After the trash was picked up Monday, the odor at that end of our building magically disappeared.... More

The hotel being in dire need of an update doesn't bother me, but their flippant attitude about my husband and I unable to sleep prior to his 70.3 triathlon was horrible. The bottom floor rooms windows' share space with the smoking area. All night and well into the wee hours of the morning we heard conversations from this area. What... More

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The area you speak of is there because it encourages smokers to refrain from dropping their butts all over the grounds in front of the hotel. I am sorry there was an issue there, as we have not had any noise problems from the area in the past. I have spoken with... More
