We were pleasantly surprised by the modern hotel. The front desk staff - Michael - was professional and courteous as well as efficient. He even asked us if we had a preference of floor! The room was clean with a modern style. The beds were comfy. Everything was in working order. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was tasty and ready when we were - at 6:30 am. If you’re looking for a clean friendly hotel this one is for you.

Excellent stay from the people to the rooms and the breakfast all was great would stay again close to stores and food , Bass pro shop across the street Harley across the street and some more small shops

The staff was very helpful and was a pleasure. The room was mostly clean. The stay would've been 5 star except the counter in the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was dirty as well as if it hadn't been cleaned. Funny part was that the rest ofnthe room was perfectly clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

When we visit Gatlinburg, we come up a day early and spend the night at the Kodak Fairfield Inn. The staff is always pleasant, the rooms are clean, it's a great location, plus free breakfast. Good restaurant right across the parking lot! It's a win-win.

Great and friendly staff, Selena was so friendly and helpful! A+++ We had dinner in the parking lot pretty much at the steakhouse. The food was excellent. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very relaxing without noise during the night!

Hotel staff was very quick and efficient. May have been the quickest check in I’ve ever experienced. Room was clean and everything worked as expected. Breakfast area needs a new toaster as it’s probably the most used appliance.

This is a good Fairfield. Conveniently located close enough to the interstate that you can access it quickly, yet far enough away that you don’t hear any of the traffic noise. Generous yummy breakfast, spotless clean, well maintained rooms. A small, but cozy, pool allows the kids to take a splash before going to bed.

For over 8 years this is our 1.2 way , overnight stop to and from Hilton Head, SC. It never disappoints! And this year again, with Michael at the front desk, it was exceptional! A warm welcome, some terrific suggestions on things to do, where to eat, etc. and a genuine smile! We love this place! Like all Fairfield’s, breakfast is free, nicely done, always hot coffee, tea, etc! (But we still miss our make-your-own waffles).

We always stop at this hotel as we travel from Chicago to Hilton Head, the location is perfect and if you want to explore Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge from there it’s easy peasy. This trip did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. All we ask is that you bring back the homemade waffles for breakfast!! The kids always look forward to it and this year their were packaged waffles to be toasted. They were only okay. Also some bananas would be nice too. Cold storage apples did not hit the spot. But not a deal breaker at all! P.s. We love to hit the local flea markets for some fun finds!

Once again this Marriott chain hotel was fantastic! Clean room, happy staff and great breakfast (finally after COVID)… just wish the waffle iron was out, but soon I hope! Will be back again soon! We live this place on our way to the So. Carolina coast!
