We had a nice time! Comfy beds, good shower, big room with balcony and working ac/heat unit. Pool was fun as well. The room did need some extra cleaning and the pool smelled a little funky the first night but by the second night it smelled better like chlorine. The staff was nice as well.

Hotel's Favourite
This lodging is clean, spacious, and very quiet. It is value priced and the staff is courteous and friendly. It is sufficiently distant to avoid the noise and traffic of Pigeon Forge. However, it is only 15 minutes away from ALL the action.

Wife and I stayed in one of their rooms for one night. We we’re in town to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, to go to one of the attractions in town. The room was nice, beds were comfortable. The only thing we noticed was that the Toilet Paper dispenser thing was broken off the wall and there was marks on the front door, that looks as if someone had tried to break into the room at some point.

Check in process was done by a very unprofessional clerk.... Argued with me over credit cards and was disrespectful in his approach to the whole process...... Breakfast was non exsistant and staff was in no hurry to re-stock.... Security was lax and left a lot to be desired.... RUDE I said that already didn't I.....

Very clean. The road noise was a bit loud. The pillows were not up to the standard of other Best Western hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was okay, except for the rotting orange in the fruit bowl. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a good place to stay, just not quite up to BW standards.

Not clean. Unfriendly management. Ran into several problems. Refrigerator didn’t work. Beds and floors dirty. Worm in the bathroom floor. Molded bread for breakfast. No one bothered to get rid of it. Do not recommend.

We had stayed here before and it was nice, but not now. Hotel has went downhill. Hair in flor, all in the bed. Spilled residue on table and floors. Make up on wash cloths. AC/heat unit had something spilled all over it. Room smelled. First floor unit lets car lights come in your room all night.

We continually strive to ensure that our rooms smell fresh and clean without the unpleasant odor at our rooms. If you are unsatisfied with your room, we always try to relocate should the rooms be available. W are sorry that circumstances prevented you from asking for another room or letting us know that you were not happy with your accommodations as we certainly would do everything possible to correct the matter. The bed was super comfortable. The room had hard wood floors instead of carpet which I love. The front desk staff was friendly. We had a restful stay. Breakfast included waffles with chocolate chips or fruit syrup, eggs, sausage, and a yogurt machine. They also had several types of cereal. The location was very convenient right off the 407 exit with a pancake log cabin next door and a Cracker Barrell down the street.

Affordable, convenient location, clean. As I expected, nothing fancy. I did not use any amenities offered, so I can not comment on them, but they did have a free breakfast, fitness center, pool and WIFI.
