EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY! Excellent, tasty, fresh, hot breakfast with great variety. Delicious biscuits and eggs. Comfortable beds. Clean beds. Super friendly staff. Good price. Wide parking spots.
Renovated property with clean rooms and a modern "Holiday Inn" look. All rooms have exterior doors but we felt safe. breakfast was a decent hotel hot breakfast with egs, sausage, bscuits and gravy as well as a wafle machine, ceral, yogurt, muffins, etc. Coffee and tea in lobby 24/7 Coffee machine in breakfast are makes esspresso, lates and other assorted coffee drinks. some highway noise but not exsessive Lower floor had many "j1" exchange students lodged there as they often are working in area attractions and there is a housing shortage; all were quiet and the hotel was kept very clean. J1's do not go to the hotel breakfast and the only reason i noticed them was a bus picks them up and drops them off for work. Do not let this deter you from statying hee as it is an excellently run property, clean and priced for good value. All Quality Inns could learn something from this small hotel. Cleanliness. Smiles, Little things like the two bottles of water and a few sancks that welcomed our tired selves to the room. On weekends a huge flea arket is right down the road and it was interesting to walk around. It is about a 20-30 min drive to the gatlinburg welcome center where you can park free and ride the free trolly to gatlinburg attractions or if you want Pigeon Forge drive to the Lconte center and park free, walk to the island or get a $3 ride all day pass for PF trolleys(these are more erratic in schedule than the gatlinburg ones)…
I was very offended by the amount of religious propaganda all over this hotel. Religion should not be pushed on me at a nationally recognized chain of hotels. Our room, the tables at breakfast ….it’s ridiculous. Keep your religion to yourself and don’t push it on me on my vacation. To those of other beliefs, it is offensive.
Top notch hotel, super friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good internet. Seems to have been updated recently. Plenty of choices for a healthy breakfast. Outside picnic area looks very comfortable. We will plan to come back when traveling through Tennessee.
The reviews were very high on this hotel and we’ll deserved. It is an older hotel the “enter from outside” type however I like that as on the lower floor you can park in front of your room and carry luggage right in. It is totally renovated with new everything and a contemporary look in the rooms. The rooms are very clean and fresh and staff was friendly. There are several places to sit and relax outside including a fire pit. The hotel is about 800 feet off the interstate and I didn’t notice any highway noise at night. I will be back. They have a free breakfast that I did not try so I’m not sure about that.
One of the nicest and cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a while! The fact it's only one star means nothing except the value for the room is better! I'd take this room any day. And the breakfast is great. Thanks for being so great!
We did an overnight stay at quality inn at Kodak. Absolutely thrilled with our stay. The person at the front desk was phenomenal. The room was above clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure with a great showerhead massager. Breakfast was also a plus good hot breakfast with good choices. I actually don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. We definitely will return. Thank you.
We checked in Wednesday 12/28 for a 1 night stay. Michael at the front desk was so sweet and patient with our questions and really seemed to of loved his job! Our room was perfectly clean, I found zero issues, beds are slightly firm but quite comfortable. A/c and heat worked perfectly. We woke up today 12/29 to see what breakfast was available and to our surprise there’s quite a selection…. 3 types cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, muffins, bread, English muffins, fruits , 3 types juices and a coffee/cappuccino machine. Our stay was absolutely perfect!
This hotel has recently been remodeled. The bed were comfy. The darkening shades were welcome for sleeping in . The breakfast was good. Food was hot and a good variety . The staff was awesome. They were very friendly and helpful with directions
My most recent stay at this property was in Sept of 2022, and as always I had a pleasant stay. The latest renovations look terrific, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The property is in a great location, convenient to both Knoxville and Sevierville. It's right beside I-40, but not close enough for traffic noise to be a problem. I've stayed at this property several times over the years, and each time I've been pleased with it and would gladly recommend it to others. As with most properties in the area, rates vary wildly depending upon the season, day of the week, and special events in the area.
