Thank you Lakeside Manor for being so accommodating to a group of 8 cyclists who were weary after cycling from Dublin to Virginia. We camped looking out on the magnificent lake and were offered showers by the owner of Lakeside Manor Hotel. We warmed up in the bar with food and some well deserved drinks! Thank you!

My wife and I spent three days visiting and exploring Co. Cavan ... a lovely experience indeed. We stayed at The Lakeside Manor Hotel at the banks of Lough Ramor within the town land of Virginia and we had a lovely relaxing time here. The staff are friendly, food and drink is very enjoyable, the hotel is quite comfortable and...

It is 15 months since I last visited the Lakeside Manor Hotel. The all round man John Joe remembered that I am gluten free. He was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for the guests. The bedrooms are a great size, clean and the beds are really comfortable. The food is good and the portion size is generous.

Myself and my husband were at the Lakeside Manor twice in the last eighteen months and it is like a home away from home for us. The food is gorgeous, staff are so friendly, especially Breda who has gone out of her way to help us each time we stayed there. The bar is very comfortable and the portion sizes...

We stayed in the hotel on 24th and 25th March 2017 and had a very disappointing experience. We had stayed in this hotel two years ago and having had a wonderful time were looking forward to our return visit. Unfortunately a terrible humming noise could be heard in our room 24/7, we tried to turn on the T.V. to block...

Myself and my Husband stopped by the Lakeside Manor on Sunday 27th of March '17 - which also chanced to be Mother's Day. To say we were utterly disappointed by our experience would be an understatement. The hotel is in a serious need of a good clean up, more staff and some training on customer service. Considering it was the...

Well from the first moment we arrived in the foyer, we could tell that this wasn't going to be an enjoyable experience.... The over-riding smell was not pleasant. What would normally be considered 'old world charm' wasn't even in the running here.. Yes, the decor may once have had some charm, but it has all since faded in a cloud...
