Helen and her farmhouse B&B are both wonderful. The location is a bit out of the way, but that just adds to the fun. It is well signed ao finding it isn't difficult. The whole place is immaculate and breakfast was wonderful. Helen truly goes the extra mile for her guests. We stayed 3 nights and found this to be... More

We wish we could have stayed another day as the surroundings were beautiful and the accommodation could not have been better. Very comfortable bed, plenty of room, excellent bath room and the breakfast was perfect. Can't say enough about how friendly and inviting Helen was and how much we enjoyed watching the cows go to and from the milking barn.... More

This was our first stop on our driving tour of Ireland. We could not have been more pleased. I have never met people more friendly than those in Ireland. When we return we will tour the other side of the Island and would stay here as a home base. Very clean and beautiful home. Excellent food.

Auto trips through the countryside are not usually my "thing", but I agreed to spend a week driving with friends through rural Ireland and spending the night on farms and in B&B's. It turned out to be a great experience and the Irish hospitality was unmatched. Every B&B was different and charming, but Lochinver Farmhouse was purely delightful. There is... More
