Facing the sea, but small window in the room. Bizarre decoration. Warm welcome, good recommendation for diner restaurant, excellent breakfast in front of a fantastic panorama. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and the price (high) remaind the same.

Sadly we only visited here on a recommendation from a family member. We did not stay. This place is no longer an hotel but a wonderful B&B, in fact definitely should be referred to as a guest house. Pete invited us in and told us the story of the hotel, we had a beautiful cup of coffee with a slice...

Castle Murray is suited on top of a small rise overlooking a beautiful bay and St. John's Point. The views are gorgeous, the hosts are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had during our two-week stay in Ireland. Great value for the money, and excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

Margerie and Peter were fantastic hosts who made you feel very welcomed. Nothing was a problem for them. Do stay for the dinner menu in the evening - you will not be disappointed. Food is locally sourced. Fish and seafoods from St. John's point - beautiful! Will be back again - Thank you Margerie

Whilst I was staying locally I went on string recommendation and enjoyed evening meal with spectacular views. The place is traditional and the menu and wine list is extensive. The staff and service was terrific and its a pleasant change that you have your table for the entire evening. Will definitely be making a second visit very soon. Captain Medley
