Second time staying here but it has been completely done up since my last visit. The bedroom was lovely, bathroom spotless, tv with plenty of channels all working, the restaurant has moved and its lovely, there are now more bars catering for different tastes, music in main one at the weekend. The rooms were very quiet, we didn't hear a...

I spent 3 nights here for a business meeting. This is a huge hotel so don't be surprised if you end up staying a 10 minute walk away from your travel companions. The service was great and all of the meals I ate were also good.

I stayed in the Citywest on Friday 17/02/16, it has been awhile since I stayed in the Citywest. I must say that things have greatly improved and it is now a hotel that you could once again recommend to clients looking for somewhere to stay when visiting. Staff vey efficient and polite on booking in, rooms very well appointed and...

We've just finished a stay here and I've really enjoyed it. We got a deal on a family room, one bed that seems to be a super king and two singles. This also came with tickets to the zoo and a meal in the hotel restaurant. The food in the restaurant was really nice as was breakfast this morning. Parking...

I stayed a week due to the office nearby It's a good, traditional place. Not modern, but spacious. The bedroom is rather dark and window is very small, but can open. The bathroom is spacious but has no real place to put your toiletries. There is tea/coffee in the room, and an iron. You will need a European 2-point plug...

Great for weddings, Christmas parties as well easy to find and close to the city. The golf is also great here great food and they have a Carvery on Sundays which is great for families. They hold big entertainment nights like the darts , ice skating, different things on all the time.

I stayed here with my wife and 6yo son for the valentines weekend, and was very very impressed with the property and the facilities. Rooms are immense (certainly the superior rooms). There are good and bad points, but the test of a good hotel is how they accommodate those issues, my first gripe was that I was placed on a...

I stayed here for one night for work – my company actually booked the hotel and after reading some reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about staying here. First things first, the hotel is MASSIVE and the layout can be confusing although the reception staff do their best to explain it – we were staying in the Swift Wing which...
