The rooms are quite ok, free parking for guests is a plus. Nice bathroom, but i was disappointed cause it's a pity for such a big hotel not to have a fitness room. The breakfast was not good enough for the price.

Terrible rooms, rude & unhelpful staff. The room we were in had a really funny smell, tried to get moved to another room, but was informed the hotel was full for the night. Extremely disappointed, have had hotel booked since September 2016. Would not recommend this hotel at all

Ok hotel, a bit dated but fine. Handy location if you have a car to take advantage of the free parking. Close to city west and there is a shopping centre across the road. 25min from Dublin centre and the airport. Only booked here coz it had a low price. Would only return if needed to be in the area...

When first walking into the hotel it is quite impressive . Once out of the reception not so much. It is run down , outdated and old fashioned. Our room was very big so that was one positive and the wet room was obviously quite new but the rest was shocking. Wallpaper peeling of the walls. The carpet was going...

Nice standard hotel, located near tram station, super friendly staff, great burgers! Had a nice stay here, but management needs to work on a few items of upkeep. Chairs, sofas and carpeting needing replacement - especially in high traffic areas....otherwise a nice hotel.

We booked a night away for my birthday. After recently finding out I was pregnant, we just wanted to relax in a nice room that was quiet and near town for the day. We spent one night in this hotel. I can't say we slept because we didn't. On arrival the lady at the desk was very rude. I observed...

We stayed here for two nights. The lobby is very dreary no colour or flowers etc. The room was nice enough, clean which is the main thing. The shower is brilliant. The radiator in the room was so hot no matter what we did it wouldn't go down or turn off. We rang reception and a cleaning lady came to...
