We stayed overnight at Clai Ban during a two week tour of Ireland and this was one of our best stops. The host, Bartley, was very warm and gave us great directions for our bike ride. The house is lovely, the beds very comfortable after a long day, and the breakfast was great. Ti Joe Watty's is just next door...

We had just one night at Clai Ban but it was perfect. It's a short walk, bike or pony and trap ride from the pier to Clai Ban. The B&B has medium sized rooms with very pretty linens and a modern bathroom with fluffy towels. The owners and their dog were friendly and unobtrusive. The breakfast was nice and the...

We stayed over on inishmore unexpectedly, so we had little to no luggage. We were delighted to get a lovely room in Clai Ban at short notice. Great showers, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, and engaging but not overpowering conversation with the owner.

We enjoyed our stay in Clai Ban. We got a great welcome from Bartley our host for the weekend. Bartley looked after us well from serving us a lovely breakfast to drying our saturated boots after a walk on a very wet morning. The accommodation was within walking distance from the ferry and from restaurants and bars.

This is a typical Irish B&B as I remember them from my childhood in the 80s/ 90s: basic but fine for somewhere to rest your head. Bartley, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. The floor in the room could have done with a hoovering. It wasn't clean. Also the shower hose looked a little mouldy, but this is Inis...

Very good hotel. Quiet, inexpensive. We had an en suite room that was quite large. Custom breakfast with lots of choices. Host did a great job. Located right next to Joe Watty's, good Irish restaurant.

Beautiful home ran by very helpful and friendly host Bartley who makes a fantastic Irish breakfast! We had a very comfortable stay, it's located beside one of the best pubs/restaurants which is ideal, Inis Mór is thirsty work when you cycle all of it! We highly recommend this B&B! Thanks again Bartley!

Clai Ban B&B is walking distance from where the ferry arrives. It is quiet and peaceful, which is what we were hoping for. Bartley and Guiness, his dog, were great hosts and helped us book a trap for one day while we were there. We stayed two nights, and enjoyed the breakfast and the clean, cozy rooms. It was the...

Stayed a wonderful night in the B&B on Inishmore. The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable. Had a trap ride (horse-drawn carriage) up to Dun Angus and was BLOWN away. Amazing place. Breakfast was very good. Thank you!

This B&B does not use a booking service. You have to book directly with the host, Marion, so there is no conformation code or anything you receive showing that you actually have a reservation except for email traffic with the host. I inquired by email on January 26, 2016, as to availability of a triple room for one night, June...
