This B&B was our fifth B&B of our trip in Ireland and we received the best hospitality during our B&B stay. It was very easy to find and located in a quiet street and nice area. Not too far from Galway (20 minutes' drive). From the beginning to the end of our stay Maura gave us such a warm welcome...

My brother and I were lucky enough to have a stay at the Springlawn in July. Michael and Maura were wonderfully inviting and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast provided in the morning hit the spot as well! I would certainly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful b&b.

Great welcome from Maura, the owner. Double room quite compact but comfortable and had everything you could want.Good wi-fi. Situated on a quiet and peaceful road a few minutes from the sea and Clarenbridge village. Dinner at Paddy Burkes was good and not expensive. Maura provided a tasty breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

Mr and Mrs McNamara have to be one of the nicest and sweetest innkeepers in all of Ireland. They have a lovely B&B and make you feel like you have lived there all your life. Rooms are clean and well appointed with artwork painted by Mrs. McNamara. Size of rooms are typical of B & B's with good hot water...

Maura was lovely and accommodating - our group filled all three of their rooms for the night, and it was cheaper and nicer than the place we had stayed the night before. She invited us in to watch a big football match with she and her husband when two of us arrived before the rest, and then let us put...

The first time I visited Springlawn, the lovely home of Maura and Michael McNamara, I knew I'd be back any time I could return to Ireland. In June, I returned from my 5th visit. One of the things that makes it so special is Maura herself, she is so delightful and so much fun. Plus she can tell you where...

Like a previous reviewer, this was our second trip and we had no hesitation in booking this B & B. It was superb in 2009 and it is the same in 2013. Comfortable, welcoming, excellent breakfast, and peaceful. Having just read a couple of less complimentary reviews of this accommodation, I can only assume that the writers were actually staying...

This was my second trip to Springlawn and I wondered if things were the same. No disappointment here. From the gracious greeting to a wonderful farewell, the Springlawn Bed & Breakfast was just fine. To start, this is an ideal location near so many attractions like Galway Bay. The rooms at Springlawn are quiet and restful. Very clean. And just...

The B&B is located in a nice and quite countryside, not far away from Galway and the highway to Dublin. We stood in the place for four nights and enjoyed the stay a lot. The owners are very friendly and obliging. The rooms are comfortable with a nice and own bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and gave us the perfect...
