This is a hotel that we have visited before, particularly for the new year. It's very family friendly, great food, and in a way quite olde world. It's not a modernly built hotel, but all that you need is there. It's very well managed and maintained and a very friendly staff.

I have been coming here for several years and, no doubt will keep on doing so. I just like everything about the place. It does what it does elegantly and with a genuine Irish grace. The restaurant is top class in its style. I really shouldn't publicise the area as I never want it to change, it is timeless and...

Staying in 40 C degree heat in room 68. The radiator knob is broken and 2 requests to fix the problem, at 5pm when I arrived, and 7 pm when I went to dinner, have only resulted in my having to open the window to the Atlantic breeze. At least that help clear the stale cigarette smell. It's 0.18 am...

Stunning setting with sea views from most rooms. The perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was excellant with a good choice other than the usual fry. We visited the hotel as part of a wedding party, the food at the reception was fabulous, only sorry we didn't get the chance to sample the restaurant. We will be back.

What can I say about this place aside from it was an amazing fabulous experience. The staff were unassuming but attentive. The food was out of this world. And, to top of our honeymoon experience we had a surprise bottle of champagne waiting for us on our second night, further we were surrounded by delightful interested guests which really made...

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the lovely Linda we knew this was going to be special and it far exceeded expectation. Our bedroom had its own sitting room with an open turf fire which was lit for us daily. Divine. Chocolates on our first evening and a glass of Prosecco added to our enjoyment. Two evening...

My 2 sisters and I brought our mother for a 3 night stay for her 88th birthday and we all loved it. The location is stunning as is the Arts and Crafts building, yes it is a little dated, ( the lovely General Manager told us they are gradually upgrading and will be closing shortly for 5 weeks to upgrade...

Stayed for two nights to attend wedding. The food was consistently very good. The hotel is in a beautiful location. Rooms are ultra basic and dated. Very cold in room and no heat from radiator. Enquired at reception to be told the boiler was on a time clock. In any event they turned the heating on. Everything about the hotel...
