This is a nice RV Park for the area with reasonable rates. Not the easiest to get to and pads are loose rock you will need oversize jack pads. They were resurfacing pads at the time we were there but with more loose rock. Employees...More

Large sites and the management and host were really friendly and helpful. Loved the bathhouse, goat field and the quiet! There is black top to the sites then packed gravel where your RV sits. THere were fire rings at the sites I payed attention to....More

This RV park is not right next to the mountains or any attractions but the price is right. For a lot less than the campgrounds in Maryville, Townsend, and Gatlinburg, you can stay in a nice quiet park that is within a reasonable driving distance...More

Pro's: This country setting is scenic and quiet. Easy to get to and circle drive to accommodate the largest of rigs. Pricing is average or better for facility with no amenities (299.00 plus electric). Our monthly electric for April was around $62.00. Perfect for one...More
