The hotel is wonderfully old world and very charming. Our room was large and furnished with antiques it had a seaview and the biggest and most comfortable bed ever, dainty china cups and oils...a lovely setting. However the staff was a bit of a let down. First I called my daughter on my mobile , to tell her we had...

What a treat!! We didn't want to leave! Gorgeous place - you won't be disappointed! Tinakilly is very easy to find. Make sure you arrive early and leave just before check out so you can make the most of the beautiful surroundings. About to go for dinner! Will review that later.

Stayed here recently on a Sunday night. It was a nice day so sat outside and had afternoon tea, which was really nice. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a large room with a table, couch and all the mod cons and best of all a view of the sea. The surrounding gardens were beautiful so we...

We recently stayed here at the end of a 4 day road trip and we we did not regret it. What a lovely relaxing and intimate place. We had a huge room and a lovely 3 course meal. The only down side were the TV (an old analogue TV with fuzzy reception) an obvious bar, as the small bar at...

Luxury country house hotel with pretty garden and view of sea. Friendly and helpful staff and a very comfortable room overlooking the rose garden. Lots of places both inside and out to sit and relax. Large restaurant, dinner and breakfast both excellent.

Everything from the setting to the food was outstanding, but it was the staff/service which was genuinely World Class. Nothing was too much trouble - but at the same time there was no 'fussiness' that you sometimes find in more upmarket...

It has been a while since we spent a night in Tinakilly and I had forgotten how lovely it is ! Old world charm but new world comforts. Great food - and really enjoyed the breakfast - home cooking and great quality. No buffet scramble - just lovely scrambled eggs !

Toward the end of a wondeful (first) trip to Ireland we encountered a real gem. We were supposed to stay a few villages over but a series of circumstances led us to Tinakilly. Initially we were just interested in dinner, but soon found ourselves in love with the Estate and wanting to stay. The staff graciously accommodated us booking us...
