It was truly amazing to find this beautiful old hotel still up & running & I must say she is still an impressive old lady with her wonderful view over the horseshoe bay. Our bedroom on the 2nd floor overlooked the harbour of St Aubin & it was a delight to wake up hearing the gulls & to see the...

I had read the reviews on this hotel and have to say lives up to all of the very positive comments made! Rooms are lovely- staff are some of the best we have encountered. Nothing is too much trouble- lots of little things add up to making this work so well. Food in restaurant really good, morning, noon and night....

Just back from an overnight stay and very pleased overall. Top marks for the food in the restaurant, great selection and very well cooked and presented. Good selection of well priced wines and finished off perfectly with coffee and brandy in the friendly residents bar. Rooms are on the small side but very comfortable and stunning views of the quaint...

My wife bought me a gift voucher for the one stay on Friday 17th March. Have dined here before but never stayed overnight. Had a sea view room overlooking St Aubins Harbour which was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Tides restaurant food excellent and Head Barman Andre was, as always, in great humor and provided fabulous service....

We recently went here for Afternoon Tea. The surroundings were pleasant and the views were looking out over St Aubin's Harbour. We treated our friends and we had a very pleasant afternoon indulging in Finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream and then little cakes to finish, all washed down with a lovely cup of tea. The waiter was very...

This is such a lovely hotel. From the moment you step inside to the moment that you leave you are made to feel welcomed and looked after. A relaxed atmosphere all through the hotel with well kept decor. We will definitely be returning. A true credit to Jersey.

As part of my Christmas present, my daughter had booked us an overnight stay at this Hotel, with its magnificent views across St Aubin's Bay. The food was excellent, the staff polite but not particularly friendly and the furnishings looked a little tired and in need of some refurbishment. Not quite up to our expectations of a pleasant break. Great...

I have to say that the location is great, staff good, especially Joe the concierge who is a diamond. I booked through premier holidays and eventhough I specifically requested not to be given room 201 again this is what I got. The room in itself is good, though the bathroom gloomy. Huge problem, never ending sound of footsteps from above...

Dear Sophie0408, First and foremost thank you very much for your recent review and for your kind comments regarding the location and the team. In regards to your room request I have checked with the reservations team and as is sometimes the case when booking through 3rd parties we unfortunately did not get the message passed on. The installation of...

We recently stayed at this hotel and were overwhelmed by the hospitality, service, accommodation and food. Our room was beautiful with an outstanding sea view. We would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday in Jersey.

We stayed for a three night short break and had a lovely, relaxing time. We had a super room with a sea view on the first floor, supremely comfortable bed , fluffy dressing gowns and nice elemis toiletries. Nothing is too much trouble and we were particularly well looked after by Adrian, Bethany and Veronica in the dining room. Breakfast...
