Rooms are an adequate size, but the room that we have is extremely noisy, if it is not the snoring from the next room, it is people walking around upstairs, or the noise from outside - our room is over the goods delivery entrance which sometimes starts at 5.30 a.m. We are staying half board and cannot find a single...

Very smart hotel, close to amenities, friendly helpful staff. As this is our first visit to Jersey we were very pleased at how easy it was to find the hotel from bus station in Liberation Square. There is also a lovely coffee shop "ciao" in the hotel garden close to the outside pool, reasonably priced with very good service.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel which is situated close but not in the middle of town, coast and Liberty Square. Minutes away from the Howard Davis gardens and lots of amenities. The room is basic but comfortable but the breakfast is just what you need to start your day with plenty of choice and our waitress Lucia was...

Stayed 4 nights in the Norfolk House and could not find anything to complain about, food was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We had been to St Helier before but we still found plenty to do, and everything is spotlessly clean.

Stayed last week and was pleasantly surprised. Never been in a 2 star before but this hotel showed it should be 3 star. My friend and I are in 50's but very lively so hotel was too quiet for us although you did get a good nights sleep. Best points--staff all very nice and friendly-esp Brian on reception with his...

Just got back from a week at The Norfolk Hotel. This hotel is a little gem. Spotlessly clean, the staff are amazing, they can,t do enough to help, especially Stephan in the dining room. The food was first class. Comfy beds and rooms cleaned daily. This hotel should be a three star not a two. Thank you to all staff...

My wife and I visited from the 3 /9/16 until 10/9/16, what can I say we will be returning here again. All the staff are brilliant from the cleaners, reception, waiters & waiters. They were helpful, pleasant and polite, nothing was to much trouble for them. The hotel I couldn't fault it. Very clean, the bedrooms very comfortable, maid service...
