Just back from a twelve day stay in this beautiful location. Gary and Karolina are excellent hosts and cannot do enough for you, they certainly go out of their way and the extra mile to make sure of your comfort. The rest of the staff are also very happy, courteous and friendly. We found the restaurant service and food second...

The hotel is a little way out of the hustle & bustle of St Peter's Port but within easy driving distance and with a really efficient bus service all around the island from just outside. Gary and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and our newly refurbished room had a view across the bay to die for. We...

The hotel is under new management and they are working hard on having a fine establishment. We had a newly refurbished room. It overlooked the sea and we were the first guests in. The refurbishment was to a good standard. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant on our first nice and the food was pretty good and service affable....

I stayed here for two days and really enjoyed it.The view from my bedroom was outstanding. Karolina and Gary made me feel very welcome. The rooms were being decorated for the upcoming season so it will be nice to visit again to see what they have done.

Just been for a Sunday roast and I have to say it's one of the best the island has to offer. Beef perfectly cooked, lovely Yorkshire pudding and crispy roast potatoes lovely homemade gravy and a great selection of veg. Fab charcuterie to start too and very well priced at £14.95 for 2 courses. Had no room for dessert but...

Although under new managers, the Imperial is still a very good place to stay. The rooms are being upgraded and are very comfortable. The welcome back was so warm that we really felt at home. The food continues to be a very high standard. We so enjoyed ourselves that we are going back again in August.

Because it was a short stay for family reasons we were not looking for expensive holiday accommodation. Imperial was excellent value for money. All the staff were helpful and the food very good indeed - we used the dining room and the separate restaurant - my wife thought it was the best scallops she had ever tasted. Recent new management...

A very jovial atmosphere in the bar. Locals sat around nursing pints of bitter with big dogs sat with them at the table. Proper old style pub if that is what you are after. Staff were friendly and the drinks are well priced.

Good welcome, excellent staff, almost treated like one of the family. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Don't think I have ever experienced this even in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are a little tired, but that is reflected in the price we paid. As we were mainly going to be with family this suited us. The meals...
