Nice spot love the fact your right next to the coast path and its a short walk into Brixam which is why I've given 2.parks a bit small not much to do and don't really see much point in the shop on site lol
The Chalet (KITTIWAKE) has been revamped this year and is lovely and clean. Nice decor and kitchen. Comfy seating and really pleasant. The park itself is in a lovely position in Brixham and a lovely 15/20 minute walk to the Harbour.

We had cutlery in our apartment, I would recommend your bring your own towels as they don't provide them and washing up liquid and tea towel, but if you do forget them it not a major problem as Brixham has a high street that will have shops that will provide those items and is a 7min walk down the costal path and a 20 min walk up or alternatively you can catch a taxi back.
