We visited this hotel for lunch encouraged by a Travelzoo voucher. We were enthusiastically greeted, made welcome and the food and service were excellent. Would like to visit for an evening meal. With the hotel's agreement, we left the car in their car park while we went for a 3 hour walk.

This was exactly as we had hoped. Lovely small country hotel with very comfortable facilities, great personal service and 100% quality breakfast and dinner. We stayed for 3 nights with dinner included. The menu choice was very good and the quality was perfect. This is a dog friendly hotel which concerned us a bit as we are cat people. However,...

This is a great cosy, comfortable hotel set on the river teign. It is an old building with with many interesting features and very dog friendly. My room (erme) was a bit scruffy around the edges but very comfotable with a door directly onto the garden which led down to the river - my dog loved it. The food is...

Nice venue - comfortable restaurant Starter could have done with some bread which was not offered Only a limited choice - could have done with maybe another choice for each of the courses On a sunny day - afternoon tea on the lawn would be lovely

We appreciate the time taken to review us and are very glad you enjoyed your meal. Our lunch menu offers breads with olives or oils as an extra option should guests require just so you know for next time

With a friendly welcome we entered this ancient corn mill, a hotel since 1920. We stayed in the Teign Suite, a sumptuous room with the biggest bed we've ever slept in, a cute sitting room and lovely big bathroom. Nice toiletries complemented the overall ambience. Dinner was served in the elegantly appointed dining room and did not disappoint with tasty...

Spent a beautiful weekend at the Mill End celebrating our 10 year anniversary. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms which had gorgeous furnishings, a magnificent rolltop bath and quaint little touches around the room that made it feel like a home away from home. We had a fresh cooked breakfast on both mornings and the tasting menu...

I bought a Travelzoo voucher for lunch at Mill End Hotel as we were staying with friends in the area over New Year and thought this would be a nice thing to do during the week. Three of our friends asked if they could come with us but only wanted a light lunch. Not only did I make this clear...

I am very sorry to read of your disappointment. We don't serve the restaurant food in the lounges as the tables are very low and just not suited to 3 courses. That said on a quiet day there was no reason for this inflexibility to serve the lounge menu in the restaurant and I will address this with the team....

So you know when you go to a hotel that's classy enough to make you feel special but homely enough that you can rock up to breakfast in your socks? (Not just your socks mind, but you get my drift) No? Then you evidently haven't visited Mill End! We've just returned from a lush weekend here, celebrating my mums birthday...
