The exterior looks amazing - impressive and inviting. The interior is a mixture of modern facilities and 13th century old school charm. The Library is perfect to hideaway, relax and drink in peace. The food was good and the service was excellent. Our room was...More

We had a lovely meal at the Three Crowns as we were passing to explore the Moors. We had their trio of sausages and mash and their fish and chips which were great. However, the staff appeared undertrained and we weren’t provided with water for...More

This old inn has a lovely pub and dining room. The rooms are very comfortable even though they are in a magnificent old building. There are several nice trails that leave directly from the inn, which reduces the needs to wind through the narrow streets.

Three Crowns Inn was full of character as befits an "Olde worldly inn!" Set in the interesting village of Chagford overlooking an Anglican Church. Room 15 had a sloping floor which resulted in the glass of water sliding off the bedside cabinet! Plenty of space...More

A historic inn right in the centre of Crawford offering a warm reception and reasonable food but with up and down service. The big negative is the thin partition wall between room 18 & 19 even talking at a low volume can easily be heard....More

As this property is in Devon, England, and TS Erica affected the Caribbean in August, then I think there is unlikely to have been any effect! We were there in September and I can confirm there was no damage!!!
