Spent two nights at Little Widefield Farm whilst cycling the Dartmoor Way. Hosts Chris and Danielle were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Nice bathroom with quality toiletries provided as well as fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Lovely extra touches with tasty shortbread biscuits and chocolates provided in the room and a well as...

This is a lovely, peaceful place on the edge of Dartmoor. We stayed in the Lookout, which is self contained one bedroom apartment with a double aspect lounge offering stunning views. It has to be right up there in my list of 'great places to stay with a view' - stunning. Even better, it's dog friendly. Owner, Danielle, is a...

Stayed for 2 night weekend recently. Chris & Danielle are lovely & friendly owners. Great room & shower en- suite. Only small issue was limited space to right hand side of Bed but apart from that - really good. Breakfasts were absolutely spot on with all that you could wish for. A great experience & would definitely re-visit if in...

We stayed here for one night on our progression to the Eden Project and thence to a self-catering flat in Sennen Cove for a week. In the first place it was so easy to book at Little Widefield Farm and our telephone message was returned promptly which helped to facilitate our booking and later the email directions to the establishment...

We recently stayed at Little Widefield Farm. We could not fault it in any way, Chris and Danielle made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was fabulous. Delicious home made bread and jams and a fresh cooked breakfast made with eggs from their chickens and locally sourced bacon and sausage. We...

What more can I add to the already glowing reviews. We were warmly welcomed into Chris and Danielle's home. Lovely rooms, with excellent facilities and extra personal touches. Comfortable and modern, and the most wonderful breakfast to finish off our stay. I'd come back like a shot - Thank you!

We found Little Widefield Farm by happy accident a couple of months ago and have just returned from our third stay there - twice in the B&B and once in The Lookout, which is the self-catering apartment. It's a lovely place, in a gloriously peaceful setting away from the road and with spectacular views of the surrounding fields and hills....

We chose this from the net as a place to stay for a night between other visits to relatives and friends. It was a first-rate choice. The place itself is in a beautiful position but it is the management that stands out: a lot of thought must have gone into designing the spaces and how to look after guests. Chris...
