Cannot fault our 3 night stay at Lammas Park House at the beginning of September. Very comfortable and well kept property, with a friendly welcome from Tony and Carolyn. The only way to do justice to Tony's fantastic Breakfast is to experience it for yourself! With such a lovely view across Dawlish and out to sea, we wished we could...

Sadly we only had 4 nights in this lovely B & B. We had a great welcome from Tony and Carolyn, obviously the right people in the right job. We stayed in the Henley suite. WOW!! A huge, bright, airy and spotless room with great views of Dawlish and the sea. We had a balcony which we sat out on...

We stayed here for just a couple of night while visiting our children who were on holiday. What an excellent B&B! Everything was perfect, we had a room with a great view, it was spotlessly clean and the choice and quality of the breakfast was just amazing! I sometimes wonder why we stay in larger hotels as our experience of...

My husband and I booked into Lammas Park House as our friends were getting married locally. We decided to make a weekend of it and stay Friday and Saturday night - now we wish we had stayed longer. Just returned from 4 nights as guests of Tony and Carolyn. This B&B is the best we have stayed in. You don't get a room, you have a suite, with separate dressing room/loo and power shower. The bed is king size, and very comfortable. Everything you need is catered for to a very high standard, including full size branded shower...

Friendly courteous reception, fabulous breakfasts and so helpful with hints on things to do in the area, including a ride on a steam train and a river cruise at Dartmouth. The house is a short but healthy walk up from the town centre and the Henley Suite is a large well appointed room overlooking Dawlish Town and bay.
