We have visited Blair Lodge many times over the past few years. We have just returned from our seventh visit and have already booked up for next year! Rachel's cooking was excellent as always, the home made soups are really tasty and a personal favourite of mine! Both Nick and Rachel work so hard to make your visit enjoyable and... More

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. After a full day of walking the Southwest Coast Path, arriving here to a hot shower, tea, and Rachel's cake was a welcome treat. I had a very comfortable, large room at the front of the house with a view of the harbor. Breakfast the next day was very good - BUT - dinner... More

Booked in here for one night on our journey up through Cornwall. On arrival we were greeted by Rachel, who showed us to our room with a sea view, and what a gorgeous view it was, looking out over the bay, she made us tea and home made cake, we sat in the lounge and had it, the cake was... More

This was our second stay at Blair Lodge and it was every bit as good as our first stay. On our arrival Rachel produced home made cake and tea, which was very welcome. We stayed in a sea view room which was lovely, spotless, and a comfy bed. It was lovely to be able to sit in the window and... More

Our group of seven were warmly welcomed with tea and home made chocolate cake. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. plenty of towels and even a face flannel, (nice touch) Our hosts catered well for our vegetarian , gluten intolerant and a lactose intolerant friends. Our three course dinner was superb and very reasonably priced. Breakfast also delicious.... More

Our first stay at Blair Lodge and we would definitely recommend it. My friend and I were walking a section of the South West Coast Path and Blair Lodge is perfectly situated for walkers, being just a very short walk from the path itself. Rachel and Nick were happy for us to stay for just one night (many b and... More

Tea, homemade coffee cake and a warm welcome greeted us on arrival. We were shown to our family suite. Spotless and the most amazing comfy bed and pillows. We decided to eat in for evening meal and soon realised what a good choice we made. The menu had a good choice and was delicious. Rachel and Nick were brilliant hosts... More

Have just returned from another lovely stay with Rachel and Nick at Blair Lodge. They are perfect hosts, clearly love what they do, and nothing is too much trouble. The tea and homemade cakes on arrival are a fabulous welcome. The evening meals are so good - Rachel is an excellent cook. We will be back soon.....

After being greeted with tea and homemade cake on the lawn of the front garden in the sun, we wandered down to the beach just a couple of minutes from the BnB. My (now) husband proposed to me on the beach that day and when we told the owners we came down to breakfast to find balloons, a card and... More

As someone with annoying allergies (no dairy, no gluten), Rachel and Nick accommodated me to the nth degree. I usually expect that although food options can be given, little things like cakes, biscuits and desserts are usually off the menu for me. However, Rachel thought of everything and provided gluten-free options (all homemade!) of biscuits, cakes, desserts, packed lunch, as... More
