This B&B had a great location, we did a round trip walk to Tarr Steps, it was a short drive to Dunster castle and it took 10 minutes to wander to a lovely pub. The breakfasts were great, and the choice of breakfast was incredible-I suggest going for something other than the full english-you can get a great full english... More

Such a nice place to stay, the owners have got it just right and the breakfast was fantastic. We will go back, we had a very relaxing break, and would recommend this place without hesitation :) the pubs in the village are a short easy walk away so we had no problem getting a delicious evening meal.

Our room over looked the front garden which was an array of colour , to look out on it every morning was a joy. The decor is... More

This is our second stay at Edgcott House, and my husband and I always leave feeling totally spoilt. The attention to detail in the rooms and bathrooms are first class…locally sourced aromatherapy products in the bathroom, freshly baked cake each day left in your bedroom…if only I could live there forever! I have yet to mention the breakfast, which is... More

This guesthouse is in a superb location in the middle of the Exmoor National Park, it had comfortable rooms and the owners make excellent breakfasts, with local produce, home made jams and home made baked beans (highly recommended to try).

We spent the night here for my wife's birthday and it was delightful. When we arrived we were greeted by Penny and shown to our room where there was home made fruit cake and fresh milk for a cup of tea. The bed was very comfy and next morning we had a delicious breakfast (what a choice!) in the elegant... More
