Stayed in the smallest property for two people lovely, cosy, ample heating and hot water and perfect for a few days, the only drawback in the shower over the bath, due to ceiling height not ideal for anyone over 5'4 ish, although bath has separate shower attachment. Location is perfect for coastal walking, lovely independent cinema in kings bridge worth... More

Just got back from an amazing stay at at Tickle Cottage; it honestly was the best holiday we have had with our son so far (15 months old, and this is our 6th holiday). The whole place is really child friendly, and yet still has a luxury feel. They have some really thoughtful touches for children (well, parents of children),... More

West Charleton Grange is simply wonderful. This was our 1st holiday with our 11 month old twin boys and it was perfect. We stayed in Pypard cottage and it was home from home. The amazing little team at the Grange went out of their way to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible for us. The cottage was... More

We have just returned from the most amazing week of relaxation, romance and fun at Charleton Grange, Granary Cottage. The arrival process was relaxed and worked well. We arrived at our leisure after 4pm and the room was left open so we immediately could unload without a reception check-in. However, Sharon (the host) made a point of coming over to... More

West Charleton Grange is in a breathtakingly beautiful location and the cottages are just lovely. We stayed in Twysden, where floor to ceiling windows in the living room let us stare out at the trees and watch all the wildlife. The cottage was brilliant - a very spacious kitchen / living area, nice decor and comfy beds. The pool is... More

Brilliantly equipped and child friendly cottages that are also a peaceful escape for parents. West Charleton Grange is beautifully set. You could easily spend your days in the garden and pool (our 16 month old son loved the Wendy house and slide in particular), if only the area didn't draw you out everyday with its glorious beaches, wonderful walks and... My family and I had the most super time at West Charleton Grange in Devon. As soon as we arrived at the beautiful setting we instantly relaxed, knowing that we were in for a really great week. Our holiday cottage was gorgeous - very tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed for our 5 and 2 year olds, as well... More

We've just returned from an amazing 3 night stay in West Wing at West Charleton Grange, and can't wait to return! There were 2 adults and 4 children 8-14 in our group and we all had a fantastic time. The location is perfect to explore local towns, but there was also lots for the children to do at the Grange.... More
