A perfect weekend celebrating my 30th with my family and close family friends. Very well kept facilities and lovely relaxed camping area with stunning views. Really reasonably priced with no hidden extras. Absolutely perfect location for exploring the beautiful Morte village, pubs, shop, takeaway, farm...More
One of the best camp sites I've been to. Beautifully clean and well looked after, shop is small and well stocked. Access road is very tight for large caravans as are the lanes leading to the village itself. Do not approach via the road from...More
My boyfriend and I went camping over the easter weekend, we originally went for 2 nights however we were in a tent and it was incredibly windy therefore went home late one night. Apart from the wind (not the campsites fault) our stay was great,...More

Contrary to previous answers, there is a single small flat area for a couple of tents but up near the top, however, this is open to the wind.... which can be ferocious and is claimed by those who already know the site. On a two day stay we've had both gales, so bad we had to park the car in front of the wind break, which was in front of the tent. The second day was dead calm with gorgeous sunshine (it made the stay worthwhile)

They do have a big dog walking field there but also massive costal walks you can go on , also woolacombe beach is ten mins ish drive away at the bottom of the hill which at the back part of you can take dogs on the beach ( which we found was better quieter and away from the fish and chip and ice cream vans that turned up and parked on the beach to ruin the view) hope this helps a little
