From the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, a marvellous room with EVERYTHING you need to pop away, toiletries, a well stocked tea tray, fluffy towels & the freshest bed linen! Breakfast was a real treat, every kind of cereal, & so many cooked options you were spoilt for choice. Shelly went above & beyond for...

Everything you could possible want including parking, free wifi and a breakfast with a very extensive menu . Friendly staff, nothing ever too much trouble and a comfy bed. Ideally situated for walking and exploring, even a Zoo. A ferry that will take you over to Teignmouth. Plenty of eateries and very good coffee to be found in the village.

I stayed here with my 5 year old and we were warmly welcomed and had a lovely time. The hotel couldn't be better located. Highly recommended - very quiet even with children around if you're wondering! If you have never stayed in Shaldon before, parking is a nightmare so it was great to have a space in the hotel's small...

I stayed in the nirvana cottage, only for one night unfortunately, it would have been a great place to stay longer. The cottage would be a great place for a long stay, it had everything you needed for a self catering stay with breakfast thrown in! Comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Extensive breakfast menu I had...

The cottage has everything we needed a kitchen with all the appliances you need for a holiday. Robert and Lyn gave us a fantastic breakfast each morning which set us up for the day. The village has a...

This is an excellent bed and breakfast hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, the room was spotless and very comfortable and there were some personal touches such as fresh milk in a thermos for tea in the bedroom. Within easy walking distance of three very good eating places.

The room , the service and the hospitality were spot on. I'd booked ahead, but found myself ahead of schedule on my coast path walk. Not a problem though, as the owners were very flexible and rescheduled the night before to accommodate me. The room was even better than expected, and they even made me a bacon sandwich to take...

Stayed in one of the cottages on site for the weekend and it was lovely. We were there to celebrate a close friends 50th birthday and we were treated really well. Rooms were spacious, light and airy. Lovely bathroom with rainfall shower too! The breakfast in the morning was awesome with plenty of choice too. Highly recommended
