Hello there. Firstly, we are very concerned to read your comments regarding the cleanliness of your chalet on arrival, as the standards that you have described are not the ones that we would expect. However, secondly, and more seriously, we fully comply with and record all electrical safety tests. Moreover, we hold a 5 star FSA hygiene rating. We vigorously...

Me, my husband and son stayed for 3 nights over the easter holidays. We stayed in a chalet which looks decent from the outside. However the inside was not even acceptable if I'm being honest. The beds must be a decade old or more they are so uncomfortable... they're literally a bed of springs and nothing else. We had to...

Hello and thank you for your review. I am really sorry to read you did not enjoy your stay with us. I understand you did not find the beds to be comfortable. Our Reception Team would have been more than happy to find a solution for you, be that a memory foam mattress topper or finding a better mattress for...

I wasnt expecting much seeing as we had paid very little for this holiday and this wasnt one of the holiday parks I had requested - gave me serious reservations that others didnt want to stay here and what we were in for! However, how wrong could I have been. Our caravan wasnt ready on arrival, which wasnt an issue...

Prior to booking I rang to confirm that if I booked a newspaper holiday that I could add a pet and was told that there was plenty of pet spaces available so go ahead. 2 days later I called with my confirmation to find that although there were plenty of pet spaces, they were for full paying customers. Unfortunately they...

This was a final make or break visit to Devon Valley for us. We have been going for years and always had a great time but the past two years it has been somewhat shambolic. We stayed the week before Easter and on arrival were pleasantly surprised to see a much smarter park with beautiful spring flowers everywhere. It was...

Our van was not cleaned before allocation, although Mr Heede (the manager) insisted it was...... even with toiletries still in bathroom, urine splashes on toilet seats, sugar and toast crumbs all over work top in kitchen. Sticky doors, thick dust build up on blinds, litter, baby items, and socks behind sofa..... bloody disgusting . Mr Heede couldn't have cared less....

Hi Suzanne. I am really disappointed to read your review, as the cleanliness standards you have described do not meet our expectations. It is a shame because we were aware that you said on arrival that the caravan you upgraded into was lovely. The following day, when you reported that the caravan was dirty, we took the issue seriously and...

Our 3rd time here so they must be doing something right...and planning to book again for 2018. Great to see Dizzy, Rad, Bob and Skator Girl still here at the entertainment as well as Morris Minor, Millie Minor and of course Captain DV. Caravan as always nice and clean and they are not packed in on top of each other....

although I can see why it is popular for families with children. Its got good facilities and is in a lovely location. We had a Beamer chalet, nice bathroom and serviceable kitchen but the mattress was plastic covered and we had to put a duvet on it after the 1st night. The sofas in the lounge were vinyl and were...

We came away for a few days break, this is the second time we've used this camp. It's location makes journeys to near towns such as Dawlish nice and easy. The best bit about the camp has been the friendliness of the staff, nothing has been too much effort, in particular the restaurant staff. We signed up for the half...
