We stayed for four nights, a much needed break and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stylishly furnished our room was large with a very comfortable bed, quality bed linen and pillows. The bathroom was very clean, recently refurbished by the looks of things with a wet room rain shower - bliss! The food was some of the... More

Just back from a 3 night stay - this has been our second visit to this lovely hotel. The attention to detail is second to none - everything is pristine and the staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is, that being a vegetarian, I found the menu pretty uninspiring with limited choice and what was... More

this is the first time we've stayed at The Watersmeet and it was lovely. The setting is stunning, the hotel itself is really nice with excellent facilities, delicious food and lovely staff who were all very helpful. Can't think of anything negative to say and would highly recommend a stay here.

I had wanted to stay here for sometime as I wasn't disappointed. From the panoramic views from the restaurant and Bistro to the room which was just as the photo. The staff were superb and the food and service in both the restaurant and Bistro excellent. Thank you Watersmeet you have it right .

We enjoyed an unforgettably picturesque weekend at Matersmeet in a plush four poster bed overlooking the bay. Definitely worth staying here if you're looking for a special weekend away with a fantastic restaurant

The title says it all. You don't go back unless its good! How can somewhere so good keep improving year on year? It's unfathomable but true. We stay at several West Country Hotels, and this one is right up there. If you enjoy fine dining, the food is extraordinary, and consistent. The view from the dining room is one of... More

We booked two nights at this hotel to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. On our return we were emailed, asking us to write a Trip Advisor review. We paid £400 for the two nights stay with breakfast and given the quality of our stay I feel this was way more than it was worth. We had not had a pleasant... More
